Hi, my name's Eli.
Today we're going to interview the Matildas about how they played football when they were kids, just like us.
Over to you, Eli.
When I was younger, my favourite position to play was central midfield.
But now that I'm older, I'm playing centre back.
Did you always want to be a professional player?
I think from the age of nine I wanted to be a professional player.
That's when I knew I could play for my country.
What's your favourite thing of being a Matilda?
My favourite thing being Matilda would have to be playing with my teammates

Who was your best supporter when you were a kid?
When I was a kid, my mum and dad were my biggest supporters.
They took me to all my trainings, all my games and always supported me in whatever I did.
