Rasmus Hojlund To The Rescue! ⚽️⚽️ | Viktoria Plzen 1-2 Man Utd

Seven sides remain unbeaten in this season's Europa League and we have two of them going head-to-head tonight. Casemiro trying to drop the shoulder and opens it up here for Joshua Xerxe. Chance for him to change pace and show his physicality as well as his ability. Was there a hand in there? Certainly claims of it. Xerxe goes on and it somehow helped over the top. Now Bruno Fernandes, a bit of space here, a bit of time as well, options but he goes for it. Such a really good effort and a save to match it. Shulk, is it going to land? Now from the host's point of view, times posed a little bit of a threat against Manchester United here tonight. Oh that's Ananda giving it away. This could be a real problem it is. It's a disaster for Manchester United. All of their own making and Victoria Pilsen wheel away in delight. I guess he's showing a bit of urgency there Fernandes, you know, getting the ball and doing it quickly, trying to get the free kick up and running. It's lovely and Hoyland! That is just what Manchester United needed. Fernandes, Fernandes, through to Rasmus Hoyland. That's a stunning goal. Fantastic finish. Really clever pass, sumptuous first touch and a finish that means so much to Manchester United on the night and in the competition. And that is that, a huge win for Manchester United and one that for a fair while looked highly unlikely. Rasmus Hoyland at the double has saved the day.
