Storyline:
Stryker, a former soldier, arrives in the small Texas town of Aqua Dulce to visit his friend Tick Rand. Things are going well until a biker gang calling themselves the Hyenas causes trouble and later takes over the town. Stryker, a soldier who has had enough of fighting, refuses to fight back until tragedy strikes.

"Competently directed by Simon Nuchtern, with polished cinematography by Gerald Freil, a funky, syncopated score by Pino Donaggio, well-developed lead characters (Kennedy and Henrikson have great chemistry) and a solid dose of raw violence, this grungy biker version of the classic Western "Shane" is an entertaining, raucous affair.
The cool cast of familiar faces from B-movies is a big help: Karen Black as bimbo barmaid Rachel, Richard Lynch as lecherous weakling and priest Reverand Romano, Claudia Udy as Tick's tough, hot daughter Katie, Leo Gordon as gruff but ineffectual sheriff, Mickey Jones as evil Harley dog Zero, and wild stand-up comedian Sam Kinison in a funny supporting role as an obnoxious born-again Christian barber.
