Hello everyone. Welcome to my channel. I'm Painting Hyun. Today I'm going to paint white lilies.
The lily flowers are very beautiful. They smell good and look simple. It has six petals and a few
stem and pistil. Here is the original real flower. Look at that. Wow, so beautiful.
It has six petals. One, two, three, four, five, six and pistil and stem.
This petal made some curve, right? We have to be careful when we paint that curved area.
I will show you my materials that I'm going to use for today's painting.
Colors, Permanent Yellow Light, Permanent Green and Viridian. Talo, Blue, Yellow shade and
Ultramarine Deep and this one is Magenta. Okay, and brushes. Today I'm going to use a mop brush,
Raphael mop brush and Escoda and Hua Hong flat brush.
Okay, let's jump into paint. I have prepared a sketch in advance. Size is 10 by 14 size.
One more thing, I will post this painting sketch on my Instagram
YouTube and Instagram. I will post the same day. If you need this sketch for painting,
check my Instagram at paintinghyun. I will link in my description section below. Okay,
okay. Start by wetting the paper with a big wash brush except two of flower and this one
except that area. So, I want some abstract effect for the background. So, very be careful.
This white lily's flower color is white. So, we have to be careful.
Background area make some dark color. Okay, I wetted the paper whole
area except this flower and one leaves. So, I want to get some abstract effect. So,
first, please get some green, some of yellow. This is first layer for background.
Next, permanent green mix, Viridian color. So, I want to get very thick and strong color.
Now, I'm going to tilt the paper back and forth.
Change the brush. I'm going to use a mop brush.
Okay, before this paper dry, I want to paint. I want to get some more dark and thick color.
So, I mixed Phthalo Blue mix, Ultramarine Deep and I need to more Viridian color.
I mix up this color, Viridian mix, Phthalo Blue and Ultramarine Deep.
I want to use the water drop a little bit more. So, use finger and drop some clean water like
this and then I will be back and until wet this paper. Okay, it's still wet and I want to take
out some colors here. Use almost a dry brush and take out some color on the buds area.
Use a sap green mix, Ultramarine Deep to make some very thick and deep color.
I really like this kind of this effect. So, still this paper wet. So, I'm touching the this paper
with the wet brush. This color will spread by themselves just a little bit. I will try this
area. This paper is still wet. So, I push it and down here. My brush moves very quickly and I'm
going to try it here one more time. Push like this and use the tip of the brush. Touch the tip area.
Okay, now the paper is fully dry. Next step, I want to take out some
this. I don't want to leave this cauliflower edgy. So, I'm going to use clean water and synthetic
brush and paper towel. Some clean water. Rub gently and use the paper towel.
So, this flower is facing toward the left and this flower is facing toward the right.
So, right is coming left upper side. So, some shadow of here. From stem and pistil,
I'm going to put some shadow here and some shadow from these petals put in here.
So, I will make some darker area here and some here. And then, here is some
this and this one and this. Some shadow put on here. Okay.
watching this video. See you next time. Bye.
