Did Britain REALLY Steal Poland’s Gold After WWII?

I've heard it hundreds of times before, Britain asked Poles to defend her skies and then took all her gold to pay for the aircraft they had used. How true is this?
Also, is it true that Britain kicked Poles out of the country as soon as victory was declared? what about selling their country to the Soviets?
