Hey guys, I'm sure the credit bureaus are not going to like this video,
but it's going to be great for you. I've had a credit score of 580. Yes,
me, the homeless, been there, done that to multimillionaire. I've been 580.
Now my credit score is 850 and I prefer 850 and this is a strategy on how to
remove a hard inquiry from a credit report in for free in 24 hours.
I've had to do it. I've helped people do it.
I've rapidly scored people when we're trying to do loans because I do a
ridiculous amount of loans for hard money for bridge lending and credit comes
up. It's a concern and I could talk for days about the subject of credit.
The wrong thing to do when it comes to your credit is nothing.
Please don't do nothing. Do something. Credit matters today. Big time.
It stops you from getting the things you want. I know it's wrong,
but it's reality.
Have you paid more interest for things than you should just because of your
credit or you don't have access to 0% interest credit cards like I have on
them and there's these videos I do where you just don't have access because your
credit's not high enough. Can you imagine walking into a dealership,
putting nothing down,
nothing out of your pocket after they pull your credit and then asking you for
almost nothing when they walk you out the door with the keys to your brand new
car, when you've given them basically nothing, no documents,
walking out the door with a car. I've done it.
Even a car in my business name.
I want you to have the exact same thing.
That's why I do these videos because I want you to have what I have because you
can have it. Loans, hard money loans for me.
And it got me all kinds of stuff. I couldn't get loans, even hard money loans.
Now I do them. We need to change that.
We need to change the answer people are giving you that no answer and turn that
into a yes.
So we're going to do that right now with me here today because I'm committed to
helping you access that unlimited amount of money that you can have.
I have access to unlimited money that I can lend to you guys from wall street
because wall street trusts me.
So I want you to have the ability to get that same trust. My credit's 850.
My score is no accident. It's about being proactive.
Hopefully you will. And the biggest thing is communicating.
How would you like to have an 850 credit score or just a better credit score?
Plus at the end of this video,
I'm going to show you a place where they give you a free AI tool for free that
you can get and even have another program where the average score increase is 79
points. You don't have to do that.
You don't have to take the free thing and literally fix your help,
get your credit to where it should be. In this video,
I'm going to cover hard inquiries that are made on your credit report.
When lenders check your credit to see if you're eligible for a loan or credit
cards. Fortunately for my business loans, we don't do a hard pull.
We do a soft pull.
So we only do a hard pull when we have to do an actual loan on our hard money
lending. But on our business lending, most of the time,
we don't even pull a hard pull out.
These inquiries can stay on your credit report for up to two years.
If they're longer than that,
you need to challenge them because you can get them completely taken off if
they're over two years and they can lower your score drastically. But don't worry.
There's a way to remove hard inquiries from your credit report for free.
In this video, I'm going to go show you exactly how to do that,
what you need to do. And this is not guaranteed.
This is not credit report. And I don't want to give the impression.
And I'm not selling a service.
I'm not sponsored by anybody to tell you this information.
I'm just here to tell you what I've been able to do.
And I think I can share that on YouTube, what I've done.
My name is Andrew Cartwright. I'm here to help you get money,
leverage it and invest it. Credit gets in the way.
I can relate to where you are because I've had credit get in my way.
I've been broken homeless,
had a credit score that was embarrassing to walk in and where people treated you
like you were a criminal because of your credit score.
And I've been a multimillionaire four times where I've walked in and I could
sign for something and walk out the door.
They just completely trusted my signature. I want you to have that.
I did it by starting 32 companies in 17 industries.
I bought 17 companies and exited five times.
And right now you get your credit score over 680 and we can start working
together on Epic 99.
You need to have that in order to work on Epic 99 because we use banks and my
partners have to have at least a 680 credit score.
If you know anything about that. In addition, I put up the capital.
You own 81% of the business.
I own 19% and we're in business together. Now,
if you need a loan just for your business where we're not going to hard pull
your credit, check down below, I got a link.
There are 10 different programs, 80 lenders.
Plus I've also got free stock down there, which is a no brainer.
12 free stocks plus you can earn 8% on your money for putting as little as a
penny in as well as fix and flip down there.
So let's start with the first thing. Step number one, get your credit report.
Two minutes to get it. The first step is about getting that report.
You can get the report for free from annualcreditreport.com.
This is a government website that allows you to access your credit report from
all three bureaus. You get everybody, you get the Experian, you get the Equifax,
you get the TransUnion and you'll get the message.
And to get your credit report,
you need to create an account with the website.
Once you've created an account,
you're going to request your credit report and you'll be able to download that
report in a PDF form that comes right to your computer where you can identify
exactly what it is and see what you have. Now, step number two,
identify that hard inquiry where it shows directly on your report.
Once you have that credit report, you need to identify that hard inquiry.
You want to look for ones that are not attached to open or closed accounts.
Reason why is because if you've closed an account, they basically,
you know, reported on your report. And if you have an open account,
they're reporting that open account.
So the fact that they pulled an inquiry is kind of obvious.
So those are the not, not the ones to do.
These are the ones that have hard pulled and you didn't get a loan.
You didn't get anything.
And this is your opportunity to get rid of the stain of not getting a loan on
your credit report. It's part of doing a little cleanup.
And it takes a little bit of work, but not much.
The third thing you're going to do is call the credit Bureau.
Once you have a list of the hard inquiries that you want to dispute,
you need to call the credit Bureau and you can find the phone number and the
credit Bureau on the actual report and the websites that are there.
When you call the credit Bureau, be persistent.
The representative may try and give you a hard time.
They're so used to people giving them a hard time all day long that when you
call, they're kind of expecting that they have their guard up.
Just keep asking to help you delete the hard inquiry.
And here's something that you can say,
I'm not saying this is perfect or the answer to do it.
This is for informational purposes, only not legal advice.
Maybe talk to an attorney if you need a legal advice,
but here's the script that you can use. My name is,
put your name in there and I'm calling to dispute some hard inquiries on my
credit report.
I've noticed that there is several hard inquiries that I'm not
attached to and have no open or closed accounts.
And I was wondering if you could please delete these inquiries off your report.
Now this means they're going to have to do a little work.
How do we all feel about doing a little work? We don't want to do it, right?
But they have the power to do it.
The representative may ask you for more information,
especially if you're polite. If you're polite, give them some love,
ask how their day's doing and be nice to them. Maybe talk about the kids,
the weather, the dog.
There's a good chance that you'll develop enough rapport.
Then they'll ask you for information such as the date, the inquiry,
name of the lender,
and you need to be prepared to give the information to that representative
right away because you've pulled your credit report and tell them that you have
the information. That's why you just want to make sure your report was accurate.
That's the credit Bureau's key thing is I just want to make sure my report is
accurate.
Now the representative may also try to say that they can't delete the inquiry.
Just keep asking if they'll delete the inquiry.
Be sweet and nice because they do have the power to eventually do that.
The representative will either delete the inquiry or they may transfer you to
their supervisor. If they don't have the power to do that.
Sometimes when you get transferred to that supervisor, repeat the script,
be super nice, be polite and be persistent. That's step number four.
Just keep asking. This is where the fun begins.
You're going to need to be polite and persistent when you talk to that credit
Bureau representative and that manager.
Imagine that you're calling customer service.
Imagine that these guys who really are in the business of managing our credit
are a company that you really like, that you really care about them.
Not one you hate because they're screwing up your credit report,
but instead don't be rude. Just be super nice and polite.
The manager will be so confused that you're being nice because they're used to
being yelled at, that they're not used to people being that way.
And eventually they may give in and delete that hard inquiry for the report.
Because if they have any excuse, the wrong date, the wrong item, the wrong loan,
the wrong address, all these things, if they're not accurate,
they have the power to pull it off there because their job is to be in the
accuracy business. If that report was pulled and it wasn't accurate,
then there's a good chance they'll pull it off. And then once you've done that,
there's something you need to do most likely. And again,
this is not legal advice. This is just what I've done.
Place a fraud alert on your credit.
Once you've successfully disputed the hard inquiry,
you should put a fraud alert on the report.
This will help prevent new inquiries from being added to your report without your
permission.
The place to put a fraud alert when you're calling credit Bureau and you do the
website, provided that there is some sort of fraud,
maybe that's wrong or something's inaccurate.
You be the decision maker on that one.
I can't say whether they've committed fraud or not. That's up to you.
The next thing I would do is lock your credit report. All my reports are locked.
No one pulls my credit without my permission.
They have to call and they have to ask me to unlock my credit report before they
can pull it,
which means there's no chance that somebody can pull a hard inquiry on me
because I protect myself. And I want you to protect yourself too.
Follow these simple steps,
remove that inquiry off your thing and go forth, buy that new car,
buy that new house or whatever your heart desires.
Don't forget to remove that hard inquiry. Any of them that you can,
especially when you don't get a loan. And let's be real.
Most people don't want to fight to keep that inquiry on your report.
If they haven't given you a loan,
most of the companies that haven't given you loans don't want to have to fight to
make sure that inquiry stays on your report because there's no money in it for
them. And let's face it, we live in a capitalistic country.
If there's no money in it, people kind of give up. Anyways, I love you.
Take care. Also that AI tool, it's in the link in the description. It's AI,
it's doubly and they have a free service.
They do AI where they'll challenge your stuff on report and help you out.
Love you. Take care.
