中共活摘器官罪惡引發國際譴責。11月25日，台灣彰化地檢署起訴不法集團，對涉嫌介紹病人到中國移植器官的醫師與仲介公司負責人，最重求處6年有期徒刑，並沒收不法所得。台灣檢方表示，有的患者在移植返回台灣後就不治過世。
