Talip is a dance from Carasi. It is usually performed by natives during fiestas,
weddings, a mourning of the dead, and ceremony after burial.

It has been a powerful symbol of harmony and admiration within diverse
populations, likewise depicting the devout faith and spiritual values of the
people of Carasi, shared to the rest of the Ilokano community.
