2023 Ford Mustang GT Supercars GEN3 Race Car
The new Ford Mustang GT Supercar, based on the 7th generation model,
was created for Australia's Supercar Series. In terms of design, there is a pronounced splitter
at the front end, as well as a bespoke hood with distinctive cooling vents.
Among the most notable changes, visible from the side,
include the extended skirts and the new black center locking wheels.
The upgrades continue at the rear with a towering wing and a dramatic diffuser.
The Mustang Supercar has been created by Ford Performance and Dick Johnson Racing,
and will make its debut at the start of the 2023 season as part of the new Generation 3 regulations.
It is powered by a production-based Coyote V8 engine,
one that has been upgraded to deliver over 600 horsepower.
