You'll be recreating the "Woman, Bird, and Moon" design that I demonstrated in the lesson. This is your chance to practice the first 5 stitches we've covered: backstitch, running stitch, split stitch, stem stitch, and couching stitch.
Assignment : Stitch Basics
Instructions:
1. Download the pattern - https://shorturl.at/zmNoh
2. Transfer the pattern to your fabric using your preferred method.
3. Choose your thread colors: Select colors for each of the five stitches you've learned.
4. Stitch the design: Use the following stitches to complete the pattern:
Backstitch
Running stitch
Split stitch
Stem stitch
Couching stitch
5. Share your work: Take a photo of your finished embroidery and share it with the class!

Tips:
Refer to the lessons on each stitch if you need a refresher.
Use a hoop to keep your fabric taut while stitching.
Take your time and enjoy the process.
Experiment with different color combinations.
Don't worry about perfection – focus on practicing the stitches.
