How to upgrade your RV battery to lithium (Renogy LiFePO4)

We did a custom installation of Renogy LiFePO4 (lithium) batteries in our travel trailer to upgrade our battery system, and we will show you how.

We'd had many instances where our old lead acid battery just wasn't up to the job. It even resulted in a dead battery that we had to jump from our truck battery once!

With this upgrade, we'll be able to boondock for much longer periods without having to use our generator. And it opens the door to our next upgrade: Solar panels! (Stay tuned)
