Hey mom, dad, it's me. I know it feels strange to hear me like this, but I wanted to tell you
just how much I loved my life with you. And I want to share it all. Starting from the beginning,
when I was just a little ball of fluff, unsure and clumsy but so ready to be loved.
I remember the day you brought me home. Everything was so new and so big,
and I felt a little nervous, but I knew right from those first moments that I was safe.
You looked at me with so much love, and even though I was just a puppy,
I felt it. You showed me patience, teaching me about the world at my own pace.
You'd laugh at my clumsy jumps and my attempts to chase my tail. I loved that sound, your laughter.
I wanted to make you happy right from the start. As I grew, I learned so much from you.
You taught me how to sit, how to stay, and when I finally got it right, I saw how proud you were of
me. Those early days were filled with joy and discovery. I loved our games, our little adventures,
and the way you'd scoop me up when I'd finally wear myself out. I may have been small, but you
made me feel so big, so important. Then, as the years went on, I wasn't a puppy anymore.
I became your companion, your friend, the one who'd follow you everywhere.
I loved being by your side, no matter what we were doing. You were my whole world. I watched
you go through ups and downs, and I hope I was there for you as much as you were for me.
Those simple days, just being close to you, were my favorite. You'd talk to me, and I'd listen,
tilting my head as if I could understand every word. And maybe I couldn't, but I understood the
feeling. I knew you loved me, and that's all that mattered. I loved our routine together,
those early morning walks when the world was still quiet, just the two of us.
I knew every street corner, every patch of grass where we stopped. You always let me take my time
exploring and sniffing around. It was in those moments I felt the most free,
knowing you were always close, keeping an eye on me. Then, as I got older, things changed again.
I couldn't run as fast or play as hard, but that didn't matter to you. You slowed down with me,
letting me set the pace. You were so gentle, so understanding. I felt your love even more as the
years went by, in every careful step, every comforting touch. You'd sit with me for hours,
sometimes just resting your hand on me, and I knew I was still your best friend.
Even though I was tired, you made me feel strong, and I was grateful for every single day by your
side. I want you to know that, even when I was older and a little more fragile,
I still felt like that puppy you first brought home. You never treated me differently.
You loved me just as much, maybe even more. You'd look at me with such kindness,
helping me up when I needed it, keeping me warm and cozy, always watching over me.
In those moments, I felt more loved than ever before. Please don't be sad that I'm not there
with you now. My life with you was everything a dog could ever hope for. You gave me a home,
a family, and so many happy memories. I carry that love with me now, and I hope you feel it too.
When you think of me, remember all those moments we shared. I'll always be there,
in the laughter, in the quiet times, in every memory. My spirit is with you, just like it's
always been. Thank you, my dear family, for the life you gave me, for being my friends,
my guardians, my everything. I'm here, watching over you, waiting for the day we'll meet again.
Until then, live fully, love deeply,
and remember that you made one little dog's life absolutely perfect.
