Hello everybody, this is Julian Magic.
I'm here in my home together with my son, Jacques Dauphin.
This is a trick you can do at home.
You need a glass of water and a pen.
And one piece of sugar.
And the special thing with this sugar is that you can take it, you put it in the air, watch,
it's gone.
It's always inside of the hat.
And then you make a letter onto the sugar piece.
This is a J.
Can you put this one in the water?
Put it in the water.
Hort.
Yeah.
Hort.
It's hard.
Hort.
Yeah, there you go.
You don't need to put it in the whole hand, but at least you put the sugar in there.
And now you put, you take your hand and you hold the hand and you let it stay there for
about 10 seconds, a little bit more.
Watch.
The J just transformed and now it's in Jacques' hand.
Here is the secret behind the letter on the sugar piece.
My wife is standing just behind here, but she don't want to interrupt our performances
here.
Osa, come and say hello to all the viewers.
You put a letter of somebody.
It could be anyone.
So for this, you need one piece of sugar.
You take her name, her name starts with an O.
And so it's A with a ring on top.
It's like a Gloria.
And when you're holding the piece of sugar, you press the thumb towards the letter.
The letter transforms onto your thumb tip.
And that means if this is an E, it will be the opposite on your thumb, but it will come
right onto the person where you will press this later on.
So you place the sugar piece into the water.
And I ask for the spectator to put up their hand, hold it like this on top of the glass
of water.
The letters have transformed onto their hand.
And then you get some time misdirection, which is very important.
Take the hand off and just watch the water.
And you can see how the letter is actually floating up to the surface of the water.
It's super magical.
You turn the hand and it reveals.
Wow!
Oh my God!
It's great!
Super!
Okay.
Okay, so that's the tutorial for today.
Thank you so much for watching.
