Karl-Heinz, you won the Ballon d'Or France Football twice, in 1980 and 1981.
What are your memories of those two incredible nights?
It was a nice time, as you can imagine.
It was great, in 1980 and 1981.
Those were my two best seasons, I would say, when I played football professionally for Bayern.
But I believe that I had a second career in football management, etc.
But I believe that playing on the pitch is much more interesting and rewarding than being a football manager.
But it was great to share those moments with the German national team.
Thank you very much, Karl-Heinz.
It is now time to present the winners of the Gerd Müller Trophy.
Two players with the same number of goals last season.
I'm going to open the envelope.
Karl-Heinz, take your time.
The Gerd Müller Trophy goes to Harry Kane and Kylian Mbappé.
Thank you.
I just want to say thank you to my club, FC Bayern Munich,
to my staff, all the teammates who helped me achieve the goals that I scored.
It's an excellent evening for me, of course.
It's a real honour to receive this prize.
I share it with everyone, of course. Thank you.
Congratulations, Harry. What a fantastic battle between you and Kylian Mbappé.
With a lot of suspense for this Gerd Müller Trophy.
Kane has got there ahead of Scaloni.
Can he finish it as well? Of course he can.
Lovic to chip that one in.
Kim was up and Kane was there.
And it's a second goal for Harry Kane.
Lewinska finds Harry Kane.
It's sensational.
Harry, you had a tremendous first season at Bayern Munich.
52 goals.
Congratulations. How did you adapt so quickly after 10 seasons with Tottenham?
It was a new chapter for me in my career, of course.
Going to Germany, taking my family there, etc.
It was a new experience for me, of course.
All I did was trust the people around me, my teammates, etc.
We had some incredible moments this season.
It was a good year.
I hope this season will bring more surprises and good moments like this one.
To all the young kids who are watching this ceremony tonight,
can you explain to us what it takes to be a good scorer?
I think as a scorer, you have to work hard, of course.
You have to have faith.
You're going to be the one to score and help the team win the match.
You have to score goals, etc.
Work hard.
Work on everything that's not going well,
like improving your chances, etc.
Keep pushing the boundaries.
Keep pushing the limits.
Go beyond yourself.
My next question is,
if you were to improve in one area in particular, what would it be?
I need to get a bit more sleep.
I don't know if my age is going to allow me to do that.
But I think, you know, always my game.
I can work on everything every year to get better at it.
I don't know if I'm ever going to finish in right foot,
penalties, penalties, etc.
I think you can improve.
You can do what you are.
But it's my career.
I heard that you're in with Franz Beckenbauer on his song.
I want to know if your German is getting better.
No, I'm learning.
I'm doing two lessons a week.
We have a good teacher there.
For me, it's difficult.
But hopefully, you know, I'll be there for many years
and do something that will improve my German.
Thank you again, Harry, for being with us tonight.
Congratulations again.
And best of luck for the rest of the season.
Thank you.
