I'll see you over there.
All right, let's take this long walk to a short walk, up and back.
How about four times?
Three.
One more.
Anchor down, two knees in a row.
Walk four.
Anchor down, two knees.
One more time.
Anchor down, two knees.
Nice.
Our next exercise continues to work shoulders with a little bit of rotation.
There's two movements.
Bend your elbows at 90 degrees.
Lift your palms up.
We're gonna open out to the side, come back to center, thumbs are up.
Now lift the elbows away from the body, and down.
Four, three, chest up, step down, hamstring curl, cross and pull.
Nice.
All right, let's see if we can take those moves and put them together.
Double step touch, zigzag up to me, little travel forward.
That's it right there.
And down.
So no swinging.
We bend our elbows just a little bit.
We lift, little pause, and release.
Now you can always lift your chest a little bit more.
Lose the walk.
Step, knee, step, tap.
Little bit more power.
Little bit more length.
Four more to go, please.
Last one.
Get ready.
Push off, step, touch.
I can actually lift just a little bit more than if I was only using upper body strength.
Now because we're also using one weight, that means the free hand could be holding onto
the chair as a tool to give you a little bit more stability.
Let's finish with eight more.
You can always come back to the low reach.
Think about this leg, slow stride up to me.
Four, three, two.
Walk back tempo.
Lift your chest up.
Back heel is under.
And this time we'll bring our hands forward, stack your hands, and then push away.
And you could bring your chin to your chest to get a little stretch to your upper back.
Feel free to hold on if it's more challenging and balance in this way.
