First time going to Graz.
There's so many people.
Story, what do you think of that?
Story's looking all around like, what is going on?
We're going to Japan, baby.
Tokyo, Japan.
Let's go.
That's her new favorite word is, oh no.
You want to go to Japan, Story?
Oh no.
We've officially made it to Japan.
Our last stop on the Lambert family world tour. Wow.
I'm sad that this is our last stop,
but also I'm excited to get home.
We have Story's birthday coming up.
We don't want to miss that, so we're going to make sure we're home in time for that.
Today we're going to go check out Harajuku,
which is a town that I've always wanted to go to.
It's just amazing.
We're also going to try and conquer the subways here in Japan.
We did a really good job in Korea,
so we've got to make our way over there.
First stop is get on the subway.
Let's try it.
Now the day can start.
Hi, Story Bell.
Proud of us, we've navigated Korea and now Japan.
I feel like we're a pro at the subways.
I feel like it's our experience in New York.
We're pretty good at the subways in New York.
These are just way cleaner and way nicer,
so it's a much more pleasant experience.
Wow, that was way more crowded than in Korea, but it was so cool.
We just survived our first subway experience here in Japan.
It wasn't that bad.
I think it was a lot easier than in Korea, and we got stairs.
I'm looking down the main street right now, Takashita Street,
and I cannot believe how busy it is down there.
Those look really good.
Yeah, should we? Probably.
You want to see one of mommy's favorite stuffed animals as a kid?
Pikachu!
You want this one?
We're going to get this.
You're coming home with me.
We're definitely getting this for Story's diaper bag.
It's so cute, and you can clip it on.
She's going to love this.
First store, and we're getting these cute little stuffed animals
that go in a sleeping bag.
How could I turn those down?
They go in a little sleeping bag.
Story loves them too, look.
I had to get them.
Thank you.
That is so good.
Yeah, wow.
So Story can't have this, obviously,
as it's just sugar-coated strawberries.
So Bella went to go get some fresh strawberries for her
while we eat this.
It's so good.
I told Bella
she needs to learn how to make this.
They said no to giving us the fresh strawberries.
They won't?
No, he said you have to buy it with the sugar-coating.
I'm sorry, let's go find you something else.
These are definitely the most expensive strawberries I've ever bought
because I had to pay the same price, but I would do anything for Story.
So just got her three strawberries.
So there's definitely a language barrier
because I said I just want four strawberries,
but she gave me four packs.
So now Story's getting a lot of strawberries,
and I just paid for four packs of strawberries.
I don't know how much it was
because it was in a different currency,
but it's perfect.
I just found these Hello Kitty clips.
I kid you not, when I was in seventh grade,
I had a big Hello Kitty necklace
that looked exactly like this.
I wore it every day, so I have to get her these clips.
She has to have them. It's a must.
Do I need this? It's going to be pretty big,
but I think I need this. I'm getting it.
It's busy.
It's busy around here.
Especially pushing a stroller, you're on navigation mode.
That's for sure.
One thing that I've noticed about Japan
is they don't have trash cans anywhere in the streets.
And so it's really hard because we're eating,
and then we have trash afterwards.
And you would think that by not having trash cans,
the streets would be dirty, and there'd be trash everywhere.
But it's the exact opposite.
The streets are extremely clean.
There's absolutely no trash anywhere.
I don't get it. I don't know how they keep it so clean here.
But Japan is by far probably the cleanest
country we've been to. Between Japan and Korea,
by far the cleanest, too.
We're getting our first official ramen
here in Tokyo.
They brought little stuff for Story.
That's so cute.
And a little spoon for your ramen.
She's got her chopsticks
and her ramen spoon.
She's ready for ramen.
She's like, guys, bring me the ramen now.
Good job.
Oh yeah.
There's noodles everywhere.
If you've been watching the vlogs, every country
we've been to, we've been hitting up different arcades.
And I just came across the cutest one,
and I'm gonna win Story something. Look how cute this is.
I got my eyes on one back here.
Please, please, please, please, please.
Please.
I was so close.
Alright, Story, I'm gonna win one for you.
Thank you.
I'm gonna get this pink little one right here, okay?
You ready?
We got it.
No way.
Yes, we got the pink one
that I wanted.
No way.
Run it back, baby. I said we're gonna get the pink one.
No way.
We're gonna get this pink little one right here.
Can mom win the Pokemon colors?
I'm gonna go for that.
We're getting back on the train, and we're gonna head back
to the hotel right now, freshen up a little bit.
Story might take a little nap, and then we're gonna go
back out, and we're going to one of the places I've been
looking forward to the most. We're going to Shibuya,
where they have the world's busiest crosswalk.
I've seen thousands of pictures and videos
of that, so I'm really excited to see it in person.
Alright, go, go, go.
That was insane.
The train here is no joke.
We were in there like sardines.
Trying to hang from the monkey bars in there,
but they're actually handles. People needed the handles
to hang on.
She loved it. She had a great time,
but that was a little stressful.
We didn't bring the stroller today
because it is extremely packed.
Look at this.
This is the most insane thing I've ever seen.
The amount of people.
Hang on to me, Bella. Don't let go.
I'm not losing my girls in this.
Oh my god.
There are so many people.
You back there?
Protect Story at all costs.
Let's talk about
what Shibuya Crossing is,
because if you don't know, it is the busiest
crosswalk in the world.
It is so, so
crazy busy. We're about to
experience it for the first time.
I'm a little nervous because it's already
so crowded. I can't imagine how crowded
it's going to be, and apparently
3,000 people can walk across it at one time.
That's a lot of people.
It's kind of like the Times Square of
Tokyo.
Let's check it out. I'm a little nervous.
One thing I have not gotten used to yet
is they walk on the left side
of the road. I always walk on the
right, so I keep getting bombarded
with people and having to swerve.
Gotta go on the left side of the road.
Can't forget that.
First time going across.
There's so many people.
There is a lot of people.
Wow. We're in the
middle of it right now.
Look at how many people are already looking around.
This is so cool.
There's so many people.
Hey Bella, we can officially say we've been across
the world's busiest crosswalk.
That was pretty wild.
Stories looking all around, like what is going on?
My heart is so
full right now. Story
fell asleep on me.
She's the sweetest thing ever, and we're
gonna go do one of my favorite things and go get some
sushi. Best night ever,
I might argue. Best night of the trip so far.
I don't know. I'm excited for what
we're doing tomorrow, so maybe that'll top it.
I'm so in love with her.
I like smell her head like 20 times
a day. She smells delicious.
Is that just like a mom thing, or is that
a me thing? Because I think I've heard other moms
that think their baby just smells so
good. She just smells so
good all the time.
I can't get enough. I want to
bottle that smell up and
spray it on myself like perfume and be like
sushi
revolving belt. We're gonna try it out.
You order on this screen and then the conveyor
belt brings it out, which is super cool.
It drops it down right in front of you
and then you just order as much as you want
and you pay at the end with however many plates you use.
Is there an English?
We just finished sushi
and that was some of the best sushi
I've ever had. Bella, what do
you think? 10 out of 10. The nigiri
insane. Now we gotta get
back on that subway and we're gonna
head back to the hotel, put this little girl down, we'll get
her some food and then we have an exciting day
tomorrow, which I'm really, really excited about.
Yesterday we went to Tokyo Disney
and it was a dream come true. I'm telling you
like I've dreamed of going to Tokyo Disney
for so long. I've heard so many good things
about it and it was amazing, but
we filmed an amazing video from it
and 80% of our footage has
no audio.
Kills me. I'm super bummed. Unfortunately
I don't know what went wrong. I think the
microphone was just barely unplugged a little bit
but I want to show how
cool this trip was. It was awesome.
It was so fun and it was such a dream
like everything at Tokyo Disney
is just next level.
It was so cool seeing like the different culture
and how they do things over there and the food
was amazing, like top notch.
I had these adorable little alien mochis.
So we're just going to roll some of our favorite moments
from Disneyland Tokyo and then
we're going to head off into the city
and go explore today.
Insane.
Story, what did you think?
Coolest ride ever. That was the coolest ride
ever. I've never seen anything like that.
Bella's lucky because she knows all the songs.
I didn't know a single song and it's all in Japanese.
I knew every song and I was like singing it along.
So I had my personal translator next to me.
Story, this is the perfect little meal for you.
I'm so glad you're not a picky eater.
We have yet to find a food
that Story doesn't like.
Yay!
Japan is full of some pretty epic vintage camera
shops so stop number one is I want to
go check out this really cool
camera shop. Don't they have the world's biggest
camera shop? That's what I've heard but I've got to look
into that because I'm not sure if that's true or not
but if they do, we're definitely going there as well.
We're definitely going to go there.
So we just got to the camera store and this is my
heaven. There is thousands
of cameras. Anything you could possibly
imagine they have here. Dallin seems
so happy right now.
It's just they have every
camera possible. You don't understand
how many cameras are in these walls.
The way that she sits in her stroller always is
so funny and so cute.
Also what's funny is everyone thinks we don't travel with a stroller.
You can rent a stroller whenever you get to
a place. That's what we did.
We got to South Korea, rented a stroller.
We actually got this stroller from our hotel.
So I went to the gym this morning.
It worked out and I just saw
this protein. I've been dying for a protein
shake but I can't find one anywhere.
So this says 5 grams of protein.
A low-carb jelly drink containing protein
to improve your physical
condition and support your daily exercise. It's a jelly
drink? Wait, I didn't catch that.
I'm low-key scared right now.
Oh my gosh.
It's chunky. Ew.
It's chunky. It's like
jello mashed up in here
with milk.
It tastes like grape medicine
mixed with milk
and jello chopped up.
We're just walking around exploring the streets right now
and we just came across a store. I had to stop
because I know Bella would love a store like this. You know me.
Look at the cups and the
plates. And the chopsticks. I want to get chopsticks.
I don't want to just get the first ones I see
because I'm on the hunt for really good chopsticks.
And these are really cute
but I don't think they're the perfect ones.
What do we have here?
These are the things that you rest
your chopsticks on. How cute.
For a dinner party I'm going
to make ramen and then I'm going to get
cute chopsticks from here and then I'm going to put the chopsticks
on these. I feel like
I need these. Oh my goodness!
Clap!
Mommy's holding a doggy!
Oh, I miss
my Bank's boy.
I miss Banksy. This is
so cool. We just stumbled upon this.
There's like all these different, what are they called?
Vending machines where you can get
different capsules and open them and there's different things.
Let's check it out.
So many.
A Tamagotchi ring.
This is quite literally the coolest thing I've ever seen.
I need money, babe. How much?
I don't know. $300.
It's
miniature. A miniature Tamagotchi
ring. Tamagotchi
baby. Make sure I feed him every day.
Kids today will never understand
how much fun these things are.
This is so great. I had it.
We're going to get Story her very first
camera. It's this little toy camera.
1.3 megapixels.
And then what we're going to do is we're going to wrap it up and give it to
her for Christmas. I think she'll be
about a year and a half.
It'll be a good little gift.
We're buying tickets right now to go to Shibuya.
Dallin's the designated ticket buyer which
I think is so funny. He's like got the machines
down. I've got it all pulled up.
He has it all pulled up and ready to go. He gets us
there safely. That's Dallin's
job in the family. I got us more coins
in case we want to hit another vending machine.
It's coming right now.
Bella doesn't realize I have a
stroller and I can't run. I can't run.
Don't leave me. I have a stroller.
I'm on this one, Bella.
We just got on
separate ones. We got on
the wrong train.
Would you believe us if we told you we went on
two wrong trains and we're so far
away from where we need to be?
I'm failing us right now. First Bella failed
us and now it was my fault. Honestly,
I don't know why I jumped on the first train I saw.
I was like we gotta go. Cut back to the time
Bella goes. Dallin's job is... He gets us there
safely. That's Dallin's
job in the family. I was like send it.
Get on the train because it was about to close.
You left me on the escalator with a
stroller. Bella doesn't realize I have
a stroller and I can't run. I can't run.
Don't leave me. I have a stroller.
So I go running in and then we start going
the opposite way and of course it's like the fast train
and so it's not just the next stop. It's like
ten stops down. And then we hurry and ran on
another one and that one took us even further
so now we gotta go like 12
miles back to Shibuya.
I'm tired.
We are in
Tokyo Disney Sea for the
first time. We're crazy because it's a
Saturday. This place is busy. Mom's
already cracked a Red Bull. It's one of those
days. It's one of those days. It's gonna be a crazy
Disney day but hopefully our microphone
works this time. It will. Listen I
put up on the display right here a little
code that tells me if the microphone's working.
If you watched earlier in this video which
hopefully all you did you saw that we went to Disneyland
Tokyo and our microphone didn't
work. But today it works. Today it's working.
This is so cool. First things
first. I got tickets
fast passes for Tower of Terror
and Dallin you're riding it first.
Or should we rock paper scissors
for it? Rock paper scissors. Right here.
Rock paper scissors
shoot. Rock paper
scissors shoot. You're up.
You go first. No you go first. No I defer
to you.
She sees balloons.
Thank you.
Disney dad alert.
Let's go. Dallin's going
on Tower of Terror. I convinced him to go even though he
wanted me to go first. I convinced him
to go first. Normally he lets me go on all the rides
first so today I'm like you know what today
is Dallin's day. We're gonna convert him into
the ultimate Disney dad. But
I've heard the Tower of Terror here is really cool. It's a lot
scarier and a lot different
than the one that we have so I'm excited to hear
his feedback and then I'm gonna go after him. I'm not even kidding
you when I say the line to get popcorn
is a mile long but Dallin
really wants popcorn so I'm gonna get him some popcorn.
I ditched the popcorn line. It was way
too long but Dallin just got off the ride. He said
it was amazing so I'm gonna go right now. Bella
and I were talking and we think it's so funny
because anytime we separate from
each other it is so easy to find
each other. One because we're
giraffes around here and two
we just stand out. We're the only ones that have blonde
hair here. Disney Sea is so
cool. You have to see behind me. It's
like an under the sea land or like I
don't know what it's called. Little mermaid land. We just
went in there. We weren't allowed to record in there but it was
so epic. How about this?
You order the meat because you're the
meat guy and I'll order the sides.
Sounds good.
My friend Maddie recommended that we try
this out and so we're trying
our very first. I don't remember what this is called.
It's like when you cook the meat
in front of you but it's not like the one
in Korea. It's different here in Japan
I guess and so we're trying it out. Look at this
view to start out. Can we just talk about
this view? This was like two minutes from our
hotel and we had no idea it was here this entire time.
Got shut down.
