Starting from the Yongle period, Jingdezhen was able to produce pure red glazed porcelain. The mouth of these two red glazed high foot bowls is extravagant, with deep walls and high circular feet. The entire utensil is covered in red glaze, with a thick and translucent glaze. The color of the utensil is bright, and the embryo is exposed at the landing point. The inner wall of the vessel has a conical arch with double dragons playing with pearls, while the outer wall is simple and without decorative patterns. The bowl has a "Yongle Year System" double line four character seal script style, with lace added. High temperature red glaze ware is made by firing copper as a colorant at high temperature in a reducing atmosphere, and is one of the most difficult color glaze varieties to be successfully fired. Due to its particularly sensitive requirements for temperature and atmosphere, even a slight mistake may result in the inability to obtain a pure red color. Therefore, a large number of burnt and buried red glaze jigs have also been seen at the Zhushan Site in Jingdezhen.
