🕒 Day 1 Highlights – July 7, 2024:
* 3:30 AM: Rise and shine with the Brahmin ordination ceremony at Phon Chai Temple. The early ghost catches the spirit!
* 4:00 AM: Dive into the Phra Upakut opening ceremony between the Man and Sok Rivers. It’s a spiritual wake-up call!
* 6:00 AM: Alms-giving to monks on Phra Kaew Asa Road. Let's make some merit before the spirits start stirring.
* 8:30 AM: Say farewell to Chao Pho Kuan and Goddess Nang Thiam at Ban Den Cultural Center. It's time to bid a ghostly goodbye!
* 9:00 AM: Join the Chaopho Kuan procession from Chao Pho Kuan's house to Wat Phon Chai. The ghostly parade begins!
* 1:00 PM: Enjoy stage performances at Wat Phon Chai. Entertainment so good, it’s almost scary!
* 4:00 PM: Participate in the Royal Remembrance Day ceremony at Phra That Si Song Rak. Paying tribute with a touch of the supernatural.
* 7:00 PM: End the day with music and performances at the center stage in front of Dan Sai District Office. Ghosts just wanna have fun!
🕒 Day 2 Highlights – July 8, 2024:
* 9:00 AM: Kick off the Bun Luang tradition with the grand opening ceremony. The spook-tacular fun continues!
* 10:00 AM: Watch the spectacular Phi Ta Khon procession. Ghosts, ghouls, and giggles galore!
* 3:00 PM: Attend the Bai Sri Ceremony at Chao Por Kuan's house. Honoring Phra Vessantara with a ghostly twist.
* 3:30 PM: Follow the procession bringing Phra Vessantara into the city. A hauntingly beautiful tradition.
* 7:00 PM: Wrap up the day with more music and Phi Ta Khon performances at the center stage. It’s a boo-tiful evening!
🕒 Day 3 Highlights – July 9, 2024:
* 2:30 AM - 6:00 PM: Experience the Mahachat sermon at Phon Chai Temple. Thirteen chapters of spiritual insights and ghostly tales.
* Throughout the Day: Enjoy the Kantha procession, where the community's faith and devotion shine through. It’s the ghost of all processions!
