Premier League | Ronaldo Scores Twice On His Second Debut With United | Man United vs Newcastle
Woodstock scuffed that clearance and he's popped back.
Greenwood. Greenwood had a pop. Woodman-Smith here. Close your eyes.
And he's out so much as a by your leave Cristiano Ronaldo has stolen back the show.
It's what you were dreaming of. I just think that this side has been a little weaker defensively
for Newcastle. Joe Linton has not been doing as good a job in trying to help out
Matt Ritchie as we've seen on the other side with Almiron and Mankiw.
And he was allowed to get the shot away. There might have been the slightest deflection on the
way through to the keeper. Yeah there was. And that's just caused him maybe to
to spill it the way he did. Woodman who won't be pleased about that but
that's where you want your centre forward to be. Gathering speed. We're going to play in Ronaldo.
It is Ronaldo. It's Tidstream. Three treads the boards. Against Stretford End. And it's
it's great running by Luke Shaw and yet you have to compliment as well the lovely little through
ball. Maybe it could have been cut out. Mankiw could have been sharper in reading it. But once
Ronaldo did get it on on that left foot you knew he was just going to go for goal. And I'm thinking
well Woodman's going to get something on it through his legs. How often do you see that?
And there was enough power behind it. And just that lovely take to remove it from the clutches
of Hayden. Well Cristiano Ronaldo has 48 club hat-tricks of which the first was scored here
against Newcastle United. He wouldn't would he? Welcome back indeed.
