Bunch of Layers Damascus from Tape measures

This is a challenging process of making something very cool out of home tools. Measuring tapes are made up of high carbon spring steels and good for knife making So I turned 3 of measuring tapes into a beautiful pattern damascus hunter's knife. I hope you will like this made.

The handle was made with Japanese style, using hard wood with hexagons texture.
The guard was made of 304 grade stainless steel which is very durable against rust attacks and belongs to austenitic family but has low carbon content.
