#EVEProgram - Interview with Marianne Sébastien (French with English subtitles)

Marianne Sébastien is the CEO of the NGO "Voix Libres International". She came to the 6th edition of the Eve Program to tell us how the poorest women created a new society based on values of justice, equity, transparency and daily solidarity... a female governance capable of decreasing widespread violence. The Voix Libres Foundation in Bolivia is one million beneficiaries in 20 years, 15 businesses with exports to Europe and 120 000 interest-free micro-credit beneficiaries.

Marianne Sébastien est Présidente fondatrce de l'association "Voix Libres International". Elle est intervenue lors de la 6ème édition du Programme Eve pour nous expliquer comment les femmes les plus pauvres ont créé une nouvelle société basée sur des valeurs de justice, d'équité, de transparence et de solidarité quotidienne... une gouvernance féminine capable de diminuer la violence généralisée.
La fondation Voix Libres en Bolivie c'est un million de bénéficiaires en 20 ans, 18 entreprises avec des exportations en Europe et 120 000 bénéficiaires de micro-crédits sans intérêt.

The EVE Program is a women leadership program that aims to shape strong and inspiring individuals in order to bring change in the organization. It is an original idea from Danone, in partnership with Crédit Agricole S.A., KPMG, L’Oréal, SNCF, Orange and Caisse des Dépôts Group. It was created in 2010 and it is open to any company concerned by the topic and interested in the approach. All the partners share the same vision and have chosen to favour the rising of women in their organization. All of them even have adopted best practices.

Le Programme EVE est un programme de leadership au féminin qui vise à contribuer à la construction d’individus forts et inspirants, en vue d’apporter des changements dans l’entreprise. C'est une idée originale de Danone, en partenariat avec Crédit Agricole S.A., KPMG, L’Oréal, SNCF, Orange et Caisse des Dépôts. Il a été créé en 2010 et est ouvert à toute entreprise concernée par le sujet et sensible à la démarche.
