Cycling from Vancouver to New York - Part 2! USA - Montana to Illinois

In this episode, we cross the border from Canada and begin our ride across the USA! We start out in Montana where we meet some friendly cowboys and get our first taste of small town USA. We join up with the adventure cycling associations northern tier route, and ride across North Dakota and Minnesota to the Mississippi River. Heading south we venture into Wisconsin and Iowa, before changing our path and starting out on the great American rail trail route towards Chicago! We camp out in many town parks, as well as on farms and by the side of trails, and absolutely loved this part of our trip.
