Arambha Eco Village: Dome House in Madeira Island

So we arrived here on the beautiful island of Madeira in 2017 and our idea was to create a space that is open for any kind of people and where we want to welcome people from different countries, different mentalities. We built super adobe domes that fit very well in the landscape because they are organically shaped. They are built out of lime which is a big advantage as a construction material. We are looking forward to inspire people here on the whole island, to have some interesting workshops and to expand the project as much as possible to be contagious in a positive way. There came many volunteers from different countries here in order to support the project. The building took us four months for the raw structures which was pretty fast. Think about the reasons there is no need because just look around. Where we are here, we are in the middle of the forest, we are living in paradise, we just need to claim it back.
