The Wife of Louis XV - Maria Leszczyńska - A POLISH Queen For France

The Wife of Louis XV, Marie Leszczynska was born June 23, 1703 in Trzebnica and died June 24, 1768 in Versailles. She was the daughter of the King of Poland (1704 -1709) Stanislas Leszczynski, and queen of France by her marriage to Louis XV in 1725. By her son, the Dauphin Louis, who married Marie Josepha of Saxen, she is the grandmother of the last three kings of France, Louis XVI, Louis XVIII and Charles X.
