I did press record honey because I'm an
expert I just filmed two videos and now
we're jumping into this yes this is a
good one it is so many stars yeah well
the director is a big star everyone
knows him I know Schwarzenegger he
appears right at the beginning with the
Crypt Keeper who's looking cool who's
working out with his uh Sweat Band
lifting weights and then Arnold comes up
with like a totally vintage Tales from
the [ __ ] t-shirt which I want but
anyways Arnold looks his best the best
I've ever seen him is in this Cameo uh
he's here to announce you know about
weightlifting and Fitness in the intro
but then we find out he directed the
episode yeah it was perfect because it's
about you know masculinity in the male
form it's a very manly episode but I
love this episode so we also got another
celebrity in it yeah she's actually
sadly passed away but John on Travolta's
late wife I'm right right yeah Kelly
Kelly Preston yeah it must have been
like one of her first appearances or
like of course she was just because I
just say that because she was so so so
young so young but so curvaceous and
vivacious she looked like a modern day
Instagram thought but from 1990s yeah
and back then they were more natural
looking so she was obviously very very
pretty I can see why John Travolta fell
for her oh wait I'm just looking up our
the lead actor is William hickey I loved
him too in this episode he died sooner
he lives a long life but he died seven
years after this came out which is
pretty good because he's he was the old
dying guy he had a great old guy voice I
thought it was a little too much I liked
it I liked his voice it was very like he
does a lot of voice decrepit well there
you go he was in The Nightmare Before
Christmas he did someone's voice well
maybe that's why I liked his voice so
much yeah I'd love what character
Michael mccrudden saying someone's voice
is a little bit too much thank you
that's very good very very very fair he
did Doctor
Finkelstein oh he was the doctor in
Nightmare Before Christmas oh wow that's
so that's it that's the voice very cool
so he's amazing he sets the stage he's
in love he's like he's 90 90 plus he's
gonna die but he's full of money and the
only thing he doesn't have in his life
is love and he's he's falling in love
with Kelly Preston yeah Kelly Preston's
character
um I don't remember how he knows her uh
but he had like a picture of her framed
and she's obviously so young like she
looks like she's like 19. anyways he is
in love with her but he is like a rich
man living in one of those classic
Mansions
um has a butler just lonely so he wants
um he wants her to fall in love with him
but he doesn't want to tell her about
the money which I mean come on let's be
real that's a bit silly I mean he's like
90. yeah that's all he had going for him
what is he think's gonna happen he was
very confident I guess in his in her
falling in love with it's really like
the oldest story ever when you think
back to it's like money or vanity and
what wins in the end but let's get into
the into the the operation the crazy
doctor that I just read here there was
um Lou Ferrigno no no sorry Arnold
Schwarzenegger his best friend was
Franco Colombo a really short
bodybuilder they were Arnold was so uh
aggressive and competitive you can only
be friends with a guy who was like five
foot because they never actually compete
but Franco Columbu played uh Igor which
you see for like a second oh really
that's funny so he gave it he threw him
a rule there so they pull up at this
crazy oh no first he goes to a doctor so
basically he tries to go for this he TR
he shoots his shot with Kelly Preston
regardless he doesn't say he he has
money but she's like oh you're too old
and wrinkly like she's very blunt and
kind of a you know she's a [ __ ] oh
she's totally an Instagram thought from
today but just calls it like she sees it
not interested so he goes to a plastic
surgeon and the guys like the plastic
surgeon's like dude I don't know what
you want me to do for you you're ancient
I can't facelift's not gonna work and
then the guy's like no this old man's
like I want a whole new face and the
surgeon's like we don't do that here yep
it's so funny yeah I forgot about the
face yeah okay okay keep going so he
gives he basically points and I I do
know a guy that can help you but you
know it's like really expensive he had
to pay for the referral to get to the
expensive guy hey bribe him and then he
gets to go to stop he's already blowing
US money and then we have Dr
Frankenstein's mansion with Igor I'm
sorry I always got ahead of myself no
it's fine he so then they pull up at
this it looks like the Haunted Mansion
so spooky and they must have used that
for a few episodes yes anyway you know
it's got the gates and the whole thing
then you meet the crazy doctor he's got
like googly glasses and speaks in an
accent you know who he reminds me of oh
the Muppet that's the the scientist the
bald Muppet scientist that has Beaker on
the side you know the long head guy
that's his assistant but like the Muppet
is so this guy yeah he did a good job
too uh oh yeah I just wanted to Arnold
Schwarzenegger as a director great work
I was paying attention to like the shots
and like the different angles and like
limos and like things reflecting through
glass Arnold did a fantastic job
throughout
um but there was something that was
proposed in this when he meets the
doctors a man comes out by the name of
Hans and he goes I can give you hans's
head and Hans looks like you know not
Arnold Schwarzenegger but a nice
chiseled masculine alpha male yeah who I
had to Google while we were watching
where have I seen this guy before he was
in Top Gun he's Iceman's co-pilot
whichever one guy's seen that movie but
then to see him in something else funny
yeah he looked familiar right yeah
um anyway so then yeah so the how much
was it for the the old man to buy his
head I think it was like one million
dollars one million bucks and then I
think something like that yeah it was
yeah and then back then even one million
was like way more expensive than it is
nowadays like yeah so anyways so he does
that he signs up for the procedure no
one can believe it it's you know Dr
Frankenstein's mansion and all the goo
and all the gadgets and then the results
are terrible I was gonna say it was
terrifying like like the first
um what is it the first iteration some
creepy wax prosthetic look but we saw
that Tales from the Crypt is already
good with prosthetics from the last
episode what they did to that actor in
The Demi Moore one so they're they're
Prosthetics was pretty interesting it
was funny trying to look like Hans like
there was something to it it reminded me
of the Mask uh yeah but whatever it was
pretty pretty well done it was just so
not gonna work anyways um she was
clearly not into him she was like oh
like but your body like she doesn't know
to point out the fact that he looks
creepy as heck but but she does point
out the fact that no your body's all
wrinkly so now it's back to the mad
scientist I will give them some credit
for like now if they remade this they
would CGI the guy's head I like the fact
that they actually tried to like do they
tried I I like that there's something
about 90s and that era of film and TV
that I appreciate something real like
that like I'm more into the puppets and
the Prosthetics than the
um fake sets and the CJ personally yeah
like George Lucas ruined it with that's
those Star Wars prequel as soon as Jar
Jar Binks was no longer a man in a suit
but was a totally digital like this we
love this we hate all the CJ except I
like Jar Jar Binks
arrest me that's another story they
brought the actor back for the
Mandalorian this week oh my gosh anyway
um so yeah so now he's gonna go back to
the mad scientist and he's gonna get a
torso but that costs even more money
yeah how much I think it was like 2
million or something it was but he gets
Han's torso and now they they it's
actually Hans like the actor it's not
the creepy face man anymore it's
actually Hans but they still use the old
man's voice which is pretty funny very
um campy very you could tell he's just
uh the words but it's cute it's cool
yeah but still this woman is not
satisfied this man is forking over his
entire fortune and she still finds
something to complain about she's like
oh you're so dreamy but your legs
honestly his legs didn't even look that
bad they did it for an old guy there you
pointed that out yeah I'd live with them
yeah she was just like looking for
things
pumping iron and then they were he had
her in a bikini and they were gonna go
into the water like he was so close she
wouldn't even go swimming with the poor
guy but anyway and she was in a Baywatch
bikini that was uh so he's got to go
back now how much does it cost for the
legs honey I actually don't remember
well they said it's it's
so 3 million
so we had to pay and then the old guy
goes that's all the money I have in the
world and he's like well you know and
he's like Hans how's Hans doing oh Hans
is actually loving his life with all
your money and then the old guy's like
well I want love so fine sign me up
let's finish the procedure Yeah so
basically they do this and in the end
she still doesn't want him because she
says she found love already so within
that that amount of time however long it
took to get his I don't know junk
replaced and his legs and she's gone and
Found Love
and the big twist it's with Hans in his
old man body his original old man body
so she buries the old guy with the young
guy inside who just went straight up to
her and says I'm rich I'll take care of
you I won't even live for that long
let's marry me but do little does she
know his Insider Han so he'll live
forever looking like that I think unless
you get the lifespan well no that that's
the brain yeah yeah anyways I don't get
that part but she wanted the money all
along so if he just would have kept his
money and stayed old and told her that
he was rich she would have been with him
yeah and he could have had the inside
What a Sad ending it would would have
been like a perfect Anna Nicole Smith
marries the old guy fairy tale ending
she even
um hires his butt or they might even get
the butler yep okay rating time oh
amazing episode I would have liked to
have seen a little more Arnold
Schwarzenegger maybe a few lines like oh
I don't want that body because he's like
too grotesque or too big yeah I wish he
had made a cameo yeah but hey he wanted
to show that he could direct still
because it was like a Guy episode this
one was real like I'm going nine out of
ten good yeah yeah what do you think
um I think I rated the last one really
high I feel like did I rate it like 9.5
no maybe nine yeah I'm gonna rate this
one the 9.5 because like I like it or a
nine nine nine nine point five just
because I really liked it it's a really
good like I can remember a few but this
one's top it is really good and the
thing that I like this about this one
too is that I think it's a pretty unique
concept it's not one that's like
overdone like the lover money thing sure
but like the whole switching bodies with
a mad scientist is pretty uh rare so
yeah good episode go watch it episode so
many little bits in there um I'm just
looking at the IMDb but very good cast
uh just the best and that we got to see
the Crypt Keeper with uh some workout
gear bump and iron so we'll see we'll
see how the next one fares and we've got
more stars like this was jam-packed the
next one's titled cutting cards I don't
recall it at all but I'm seeing some
thumbnails here and man this is one of
the best seasons this is when Hollywood
was like we got a hit on our hands this
is the show everyone wants to be on and
they are just like boom boom boom some
of the best for season two so we'll be
back we'll film another video next week
and uh thanks guys I know like only a
hundred people or so watch these but
we're having a lot of fun doing this as
a as a couple so thanks for watching all
right bye guys bye
