Staying ACTIVE at Home with the YESOUL G1 MAX Bike! | The McCruddens

uh heart rate's starting to spike a little bit which means typically you shouldn't be able to talk too much is calling you um hey guys so as some of you may know I love staying active and I'm always looking to incorporate new ways to bring Fitness into my life and recently Michael and I got this amazing bike that we want to show you this video is sponsored by yiso and we obviously have a code for you guys in the description if you've been wanting to get yourself something similar without breaking the bank I'm telling you that we must have manifested this because we often talked about getting a Peloton especially Michael since he likes cycling more than I do but honestly they're pretty expensive so it's a good thing we waited instead I'm gonna show you why the yeast oil is so great and its features and all the cool things you can do with it and why you can grab one of these instead of a Peloton don't forget to use my code for 10 off if you decide to buy one after this which is famous entertainment 10. pretty sure right now the yeast hole bike is 4.99 and that's before my discount code code whereas the Peloton can run over three grand depending on the model that you choose so the Yi Soul as you can see also has this amazing huge screen which is definitely going to be coming in handy when I do my other matte workouts too every day I usually use my iPad to do my favorite trainers workouts on YouTube but apparently I can use the screen mirroring function to use the screen on the easel and because it rotates I can turn the screen to face me in my mat and I'm really excited to try this feature out the rotating screen is one of the amazing functions on this bike because it makes it really easy to switch from cycling to matte workouts or yoga or Pilates whatever you're feeling first of all Michael and I were really excited to receive the bike and I let him take over the assembly but I could have set it up on my own he was much faster it's powered by a cord you plug into an outlet after it's set up and the screen's going to come on once you do that in our case our new puppy Zebo chewed on The Wire so I had to replace that but it's easy to find a compatible one so obviously if you want to have the full experience with the classes you have to download the eso app and once you sign up it'll just connect automatically from there on out there are some free classes available but if you want to get access to all of the classes and content on the eso app you will have to pay for a subscription um the bike is interactive so it shows the output resistance and everything which you can easily change with the red knob and keep up with the instructor of the class we even got little dumbbells that came with the bike so those come in handy with a lot of the classes too if you want a low impact bike workout lots of cardio something challenging there are so many to choose from you can even do stretching or yoga from the up or even Scenic bike ride so like I said I love doing daily workouts from a YouTuber so I love that I can apparently even do these with the ye Soul because of the screen mirroring and you can even watch motivating music videos whatever you want some people are saying that it's a bit choppy with the YouTube connection so I'm gonna keep trying that because I can see that too but one cool hack that I also heard about the easel is you can use this screen mirroring or Peloton classes yes apparently it even works with the Peloton app so if you have that on your phone and you prefer that then you can totally use that one um some people like this better because you can filter your workouts to the type of music you like so I can see that so that's another great benefit about this um and I think Michael will like this bike maybe he'll be able to listen to his podcasts while he Cycles as well so yeah anyways don't forget to go to this description and my code
