I FEEL STUPID THAT I’VE NOT BEEN DOING THIS 🤡

we all do things when we're crafting that make us feel a little silly and I have been using the canvas software forever and y'all I feel so silly that I did not do this before I'm going to show you guys some organizational hacks in canva today that are going to save you so much time this is one simple hack honestly but I'm going to show you a few different ways that you can utilize it to keep everything in your canva completely organized that way you can be an even better crafter all right so I have a document pulled up of a gang sheet of stickers that we were wanting to have printed but y'all I want to show you something because when I created this gang sheet I did not know that I could do this which sounds crazy I knew that there were folders in canva but I didn't know that they worked with individual images okay so the first thing I want to show you is how to make folders for elements that you love so let's go to elements over here and you can search whatever you want now I have some recent Graphics pulled up here but I was pretty much just searching like American traditional tattoos you can search flowers I mean honestly you can make a folder for anything okay and we're just going to go to se all now there's lots and lots of images on Cana Millions you guys there are millions of images on canva there is no way for you all to remember every single image you may want to use for a future project and so what I want you to do is start creating folders in similar groups so if you are wanting to do American traditional tattoos and you know you're going to be using these images often what you can do is hover over an image and we're going to hit these three dots right here then if you come down to add to folder you can select that and you can create a new folder so let's do American traditional and add new folder then if I wanted to take these flowers and add those to the folder I'm just going to hit those three dots hit add the folder and look my American traditional folder is right there so you can move it over or you can add it to folder now if you're like where the heck did my folder go that I just created you can come down here on the left side to projects and then when I click on that you can scroll until you see that folder you created and then when you click on it it's going to open up all those images that you saved so this can be super helpful in so many ways especially if you are a typ a and you just like to keep things organized this is going to be so helpful now not only can you keep individual images and folders but you can do the same thing for projects which I think is really neat so if I wanted to create a folder for projects similar to this I could go to share and then go all the way down to more hit save to folder and then you can actually add the entire thing into that American traditional folder or if you were like no I want to keep my UV DTF gang sheets in one folder you can create that and so you'd hit create and then type it in add to new folder okay and then you can go to the folder and it's going to have just that project in there now I am on our projects tab so from home at canva I went to projects so you can see we have lots of stuff here on the makers going to learn channel in our canva if I wanted to add a new folder and start organizing all of this stuff I can do that from this page by simply selecting add new then I can select folder and we can name it July projects hit continue and then you can open it obviously there's nothing in there you can create a design from this folder or you can add designs you can go directly from your projects here if I wanted to add this UV gtf gang sheet I could and then I would hit move and then it's just going to pop it into July project so you can get very very down to the nitty-gritty here okay and you can even add folders within July projects so let's say we did July projects UV DTF inside of that folder so we know everything that we're getting UV DTF for July is in its own folder you can put that inside of July project so like I said you can get very down to the nitty-gritty details and organize all of your canva all right hopefully after you guys have think seen this video you don't feel as crazy as before and why can't I get my canva organized we have said for months and months why do all of my elements just go right here in that
