And now, apparently, this, the science behind this film, now, bear with us,
uh, it's, it's sort of based in some reality, the science behind this film.
Yes. But bear with us, because I'm not very good at science, so I can't explain it.
So I just had to sort of accept it, and every time it would get too scientific,
my brain goes straight to, like, my musical theatre, like,
Oh, Oklahoma!
And the only thing that saves me, Jeremy's much better at science.
Did you wrap your head around it?
Ah, well, I don't know about my head, but, yeah, I mean, I, I got, I got an idea of,
of what we're talking about, but it's, it's not really the most interesting to talk about,
so I had to, wanted to create sort of some emotional content to Zeroes and Ones and Binary.
Otherwise, it's really quite boring.
So, you know, to be excited about Zeroes and Ones, you know, or, you know, whatever,
just had to create emotional content to it.
Because the director, am I right in thinking his first language isn't English?
That is correct.
Yeah.
Okay, well, I'm glad we cleared that up.
Yes, he's French-Canadian, so he speaks French as a first language.
Definitely, and, and makes little effort to try to speak English, which is fine,
but when you're working with people that don't understand French, it's, it gets a little complicated.
Maybe that's why the set felt so calm to us, like, he would, might be saying bad things about us,
but he was just saying it in French, so we're like, he is so sweet, that he, we just love him.
He is a really, really calm and docile and loving and, you know, emotionally intelligent guy,
but he would say the weirdest things because of his inability to really get his point across in English.
And he would try to direct us in his very quiet sets in these things, right?
And he said something really, very inappropriate, but there, what did he say to you?
He said, I loved that very much, and I will now take you from behind.
I'm so sorry, Denis. It was in the middle of, like, a serious scene.
I'm like, I'm so sorry. I don't mean to be laughing. He's like, what have I said?
No, no, no. I think you mistook me. I mean, I will take you from behind, but use a camera.
I'm like, no.
He's like, Amy, Amy, I'm going to come very close here, and focus, focus.
He's just focus instead of focus.
He's like, Robert, focus. Robert, focus.
Talking about it.
He's like, Jeremy, then I'm going to come over here, take the camera, and now I come on your face.
