NEW Mcdonald's BTS MEAL in Singapore!!🇸🇬 FAMOUS K-Pop BTS Korean Food Cajun & Sweet Chili Sauce!🤤

What's up you guys and welcome to another episode of Foodie Mama PH here in Singapore. And here it is! The BTS meal. Alright so we have here the BTS meal. It's been weeks of being confused because all I see in my social media are BTS posts. I'm wondering why people are posting McDonald's food with the And the only BTS I know that I've been hearing from my sister is the BTS K-pop group which I'm not really familiar with because I only watch K-dramas. Let's talk about K-drama. I'm gonna say a lot of things but about K-pop, not much of a fan. No idea how they look like, what their songs are maybe. Some of their songs maybe I've heard but I couldn't really remember any of them. But this BTS meal has finally arrived here in Singapore. I think for other countries they have the brown bag with the BTS name on it. This set specifically has a large coke, nine pieces nuggets, there's a large fries, then the two specially picked sauces by the BTS which I believe is a sweet chili sauce and a Cajun sauce. But first Kayla's ketchup. These BTS sauces are not really for kids so I prepared a Heinz ketchup for her because here in Singapore the other option is a garlic chili which is also spicy. Let me try to read to you about the sweet chili sauce. Can you say sweet chili sauce? Sweet chili sauce. Picked by BTS and inspired by McDonald's South Korea. McDonald's sweet chili sauce is one of two special sauces that are part of the BTS meal. Slightly sweet and sour with just a touch of heat that finishes strong in the end. This dipping sauce gets its flavor from tomato. Is it tomato or tomato? Tomato. This dipping sauce gets its flavor from tomato, dried chili and garlic. Next is the Cajun sauce. Say Cajun sauce. Cajun sauce. Louder. Cajun sauce. This is loud. So loud. McDonald's new Cajun sauce is one of two special sauces that are part of the BTS meal with a strong hot mustard flavor that's almost as hot as the chili and peppers that round out this sauce. Are you ready Kayla? Yes. All right now let's go ahead and try the sweet chili sauce. I'm picking this first because this is like a more Asian type of sauce. Like sweet chili I immediately can think of Thai sweet chili sauce or the normal sweet chili in Vietnam or in Singapore and Malaysia. So let's try to dig in and dunk this beautiful piece of nugget. Golden brown as usual. I was actually trying to get the spicy nuggets here in Singapore as well but I'm not sure why it's not available. Cheers with mommy. Cheers. Mmm. Oh this chili sauce it's heavy on the vinegar. Like you will immediately taste the sourness of it. Like it's very strong kind of sour. Don't get me wrong I love my vinegar but this is really unique. The typical sweet chilies that I've tried are on the sweet side with a little bit of savory and a hint of sourness from the vinegar. But this one really hits you straight up. I'm not really sure if it's a favorite of mine. Now let's try the Cajun sauce. Oh okay. The taste is like a mustard mayo sauce with a hint of spice from the Cajun. And it's not something that I would imagine when you say Cajun sauce. Yeah but it's good. I like the kick at the end. I like it a little bit more spicy though. But between the both I prefer this Cajun sauce better than the chili sauce, the sweet chili sauce. It goes well with the chicken nugget more than the chili sauce. I think I prefer the Singapore garlic chili sauce better. Actually this is my favorite sauce from McDonald's Singapore as well as the golden delicious and addictive curry sauce. Guys I'm telling you that curry sauce from McDonald's is the bomb. And of course BTS meal is not complete without the large fries. Let's have a cheers honey with my favorite soggy fries. Cheers! Isn't it good? Is it good? Thank you so much honey. Mmm wow yum. To go with this meal we have here a large Coke. Coke lovers this is for you. I don't normally drink Coke because it's very healthy. Yeah a large Coke I think this is for like two to three people or one really thirsty Coke fan. What is Kayla gonna drink? Water for you. Now I'm gonna try the nugget with the Heinz ketchup. I wish I could have shown you the spicy nuggets. And this BTS meal in Singapore is only available for delivery. Singapore has recently opened the dine-in this week. Just this week. Options the best choice for everyone. So if you guys want to try this BTS meal go ahead and order. Yeah so this is the short and quick and very simple review of this McDonald's that is already familiar for everyone. I love my sauces so I don't mind trying these two sauces. But then again I would probably go back for the Cajun more than the sweet chili sauce. I will forever go back to McDonald's for the curry sauce.
