We have a no resume and no interview opportunity. If you're looking for a way to make some money without having to undergo that, um, sometimes awkward process, you definitely don't have to go through an interview or redo your resume for this opportunity. We also have an opportunity that will provide you with a company provided computer as well as equipment to do the job. We have a couple of carnival cruise jobs because I think that they're gearing up for the holiday season where a lot of people opt to taking vacations during the holiday season. All right. So we have a bunch of jobs to get into today. You're going to find something if you have no experience at all, or if you have maybe a year or two of experience, um, customer service experience or retail experience, we'll get into all of the specs here. So with the jobs, I like to break down what you're getting into in lame terms. Sometimes when we're reading through these job postings, it doesn't make any sense at all. Sounds like a lot of jargon. So I basically make it simplified so that you understand what you're getting into the job functions. If you're coming from a different career path and you have no idea what this job post is talking about, don't worry. We are sharing the job and breaking it down for you. And as always, we will have a helpful free resource in the description box to take home and help you to develop professionally. All right. So let's get into these job opportunities, starting with the no interview, no resume opportunity for you to make money straight from the comfort of your own home. Are you ready? Let's go. This one is for a company that I have featured before plenty of times. They are called User Interviews. And so this is a platform where anyone without any experience, without a resume and without an interview can get paid to provide their feedback on real products. So this particular company has worked with top brands like Wayfair, Adobe, Spotify, Pinterest, and even Amazon. And so these are companies that basically want to know what others are thinking about their products and they want real feedback on what they need to improve and what people love or what they don't love. And this is all to strengthen their brands and make them more money. Right. So they are constantly launching new studies here with user interviews. They always need people to provide honest feedback. And so this means more opportunities for you to earn money. And I just want to give a disclaimer. This would be considered a side gig opportunity, not something you can make into a 9 to 5. I would say that this is something you can use to supplement your income and make more money on your free time. You can choose to engage as many topics or interviews as you wish. However, this is something that you can do to add more income to your household. All right. So these studies, they have so many different studies. You can get involved in online tests and surveys. We all know about these things, right? They ask questions about what you love, what needs to be improved about a certain product. They will send you out products as well so that you can properly test these products and understand what needs to improve, how you like it. And they also will be conducting online interviews as well as online diary studies, online focus groups and even other studies that can pay well over $1,000 each. So this is an example of the different studies that they have here. So you can just scroll through and find something that works for you. Not everything will work for you, but you definitely can find something like content creator study. They're looking for feedback from content creators. So you do need to come in with your own computer webcam. And this is from the 29th, which is today until the 31st. All right. Also your opinion on snacks. All right. You don't need any experience, any job, any type of expertise. If you want to conduct this particular interview, this will be required to be done through webcam. And so basically they're looking for someone to participate in a 90 minute online focus group. And this will be paying you $75 of your choice in gift cards. All right. Just for you to give your opinion on snacks, which they will more than likely be sending your way. All right. So you can find something here. And in order to get started, it's super easy. It's free. You're not spending any money at all. All you need to do is create your profile. And then from there you can access their huge library of open studies where you can pick and choose depending on your interests. And user interviews will also email you new studies that they think are a good fit for you as well. So next you will apply by answering just a few questions, much like an assessment, just to understand if you're best fit for that particular study. And these applications will take maybe one minute maximum in order to complete. Absolutely no time on your end at all. And so after that you get paid. So the average study will pay you over $60 each or $50 each. And so after you have been approved for that study, you complete the session and then they send your payment within a few days. All right. So this is a great opportunity for those of you wanting to supplement your income, make more money at home. This is a great one. It does not require an interview process or a resume. You will be conducting studies through interview, through online studies, but an interview is not required in order to get through. So here is the opportunity that does not require experience. A computer will be provided from the company. So this job is from a company called Angie and they're looking for an inside sales representative. This job is all about helping businesses sell their services to homeowners who need things that, you know, done around their homes, like repairs or renovations. You'll be talking to quite a few businesses on the phone up to at least 200 calls per day. You're going to be explaining how Angie can help them find more customers through advertising. All right. So you're going to need to convince them why Angie is a great platform to work with and guide them through the process of joining. So for example, one day you might be maybe calling a local plumber. So this business owner has been working in the community for years, but maybe he's struggling to get new customers. So your job here is to explain how Angie can help him by advertising his plumbing services to homeowners in the area who need different repairs done. So you're calling this new prospect, introducing yourself. Most likely this person might be unsure about spending money on advertising. So you will explain how Angie connects homeowners directly with plumbers like him when they need help and also how this could bring even more customers to him. So by the end of this call, your client will feel more confident and most likely sign up with Angie's services, which means a bonus for you. So this is a remote job, meaning you can work from home, of course, and Angie gives you all of the training and support that you need in order to succeed, especially if you're just starting out. So the goal here in this entire job is to hit sales targets by selling Angie's services and helping businesses to grow. Now for the qualifications and pay. So this position does not require any experience at all. They will actually be providing you with hands-on training and development for inside sales, all of the different skills that you need in order to be successful in this role. And they are seeking remote candidates within the states here. They currently have an office in the following states, this also including New York City, and they are available for use if you reside in any of those locations. So like I mentioned, they will be providing training so that you can conduct high volume cold calls, understand how to negotiate and build trust. And you will be trained on how to meet and exceed different sales targets. So they are not asking for experience at all. If you have a bachelor's degree, you can trade that out with two years of sales or customer facing experience. So this is great for those of you who have worked directly with customers, whether you have worked with them in the food industry, a call center, hospital setting, hospitality setting, where you were serving. These are different backgrounds that line up well with having that customer facing experience. And of course, they do want someone with a high school diploma or a GED. So the pay will start from $36,000 all the way up to $80,000, that including uncapped commission and base salary of $36,000. So not only are you earning your base salary, but you also have potential to earn even more each month with uncapped commission. Average first year earners earn up to $80,000 with top 10% earning as much as $200,000 that year and incentives during the new hire training period. And they offer so many different benefits, as you can see right here, including technical equipment that including a laptop headset, it is all provided for you. All right. So now we're getting into the Carnival Cruise jobs. This one here is the first of two, and this will be an HR related job. Great for someone who has maybe some call center or customer service experience. So Carnival Cruise is best known as being a fun ship. And they're known for their nonstop, fast paced, active fun. So these ships are decorated with bright colors, with relatively spacious cabins. And the fun stuff that they have planned on these ships center around warm weather destinations, upgraded water parks, slides and pools. It's a lot of fun, right? So this job here is for the workforce planning analyst. And it's all about making sure a call center runs smoothly by keeping track of how many calls are coming in and how many workers are available to answer those calls. So you'll be analyzing data to see if there are enough people working at the right times. And you'll also be figuring out the team, if the team is making different goals, like answering calls quickly. If there are any problems, you get to suggest these solutions and help keep things on track. So you're also creating reports, monitoring how well employees stick to their schedules and help organize things like training sessions, all without disrupting work. So this might mean that you notice maybe on a special day that there are a number of customer calls that has suddenly spiked because maybe a new cruise promotion that has recently been done. So because of this, there are more calls coming in than the team can handle and wait times are getting longer. So you get to quickly check that data and maybe realize that there are not enough people working at that specific moment to keep up with the demand. So you will send an urgent message to the team asking if a few people can start their shifts earlier or work overtime. And so at the same time, you will be analyzing how many more agents will be needed to cover the extra calls for the rest of the week. And you'll be adjusting the schedules and making sure that the right number of agents are available during peak call time and those times being the holiday season. So later on, you'll be preparing the report for management, explaining the situation, how you solve the issue and the results that came through. So your quick thinking help reduce wait times, keep customers happy, and also ensure that the team met their daily performance goals are essential. So basically, you're helping the call center stay effective and productive. So what do you need in order to qualify? Let's talk about that right now. In order to qualify for the Carnival Cruise Workforce Planning Analyst position, all you need is a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational development or related field is preferred but not required. And if you have at least one year experience within workforce planning, this will definitely be great for you. If you have a background in HR, a minimum of one year is really great and two years of contact center experience required. So if you've worked in a contact center where you were taking calls, talking on the phone with clients and customers, this is definitely going to set you up well for a great pay. In addition to that, they're asking for other things as well, including understanding of KPIs, the ability to define problems, collect data, experience tracking and reporting service and so much more. All right. So I definitely want to bring your attention to this line here where they mentioned they are only open to applicants within these states. All right. So if you live in Florida, Georgia, Texas or North Carolina, you can qualify for this position. However, if you are not residing in those particular areas, there are so many other work from home remote positions on the website that you can check out from different cruise lines. You can also check out the next Carnival Cruise job that I will be sharing just after this one because that particular position is open for other locations as well. So the second Carnival Cruise job I have is for the call center audit specialist. And this person is basically someone who helps the company's call center, the place where the customer service calls are handled to run smoothly and follow the right procedures. So your main job here is to review and to check the performance of the call center. You're also making sure that the employees are following company rules and policies as well. So you're working with different teams to ensure that the call center is doing its job well by regularly auditing or checking on things like the call stats, the reports and other important information. And so you as the audit specialist also keeps track of whether the call center is meeting its goals and identifies different areas where improvements can be made. So you're sharing these findings with the managers and also suggesting different changes that can help the team to do better. So additionally, the role requires you staying organized, updating the content center's policies and ensuring that everything is accurate when it comes to their reports. So since this job is absolutely remote, the specialist can work from home and only occasionally visit the office. So in order to qualify for this position, they are asking, preferring but not requiring that you have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fields and work experience of at least two years working within Carnival Cruise Line Contact Center for internal candidates. So those of you who are already working with the company or if you are not working within the company but you want to land this role, previous experience in a similar audit role is preferred. All right. So here are all of the skills, abilities that they're looking for. Microsoft Word capabilities, organizational skills, detail orientation and so much more.
