The Roots of White Crane go back very long. Its roughly said that White Crane was developed around 800 years ago in Fujian by a Female Martial Artist. If this is true, it would be one of the earliest examples of Southern Chinese Martial Arts, besides Taizu Quan or the Yu Family Staff.
