大悲殿位於平武報恩寺二進院落兩側，面闊三間，進深三間，重簷歇山頂。
大悲殿內石質須彌座上，供奉一尊高約9公尺的千手觀音立像，兩側各有協侍一尊。兩側內壁上塑有壁塑。

The Great Compassion Hall is located on both sides of the second courtyard of Pingwu Baoen Temple. It is three rooms wide and three rooms deep, with a double-eaved hip roof.
In the Great Compassion Hall, a 9-meter-tall Thousand-armed Guanyin statue is enshrined on a stone Sumeru pedestal, with an assistant statue on each side. There are wall sculptures on the inner walls on both sides.
