In the quiet parking lot of a dormitory on Brestskaya Street, something heartbreaking happened. The children playing at a playground noticed a man in a white car pulling over, opened his door, and abandoned a tiny kitten before driving away, leaving the little one to fend for herself. When a person took a closer look at her, she was suffering from an eye condition. If there was no medical intervention then she would be blind in time.
