Wickingham was an incredible experience. It was very special not only to be away from home but also to be at a world-class club, world-class academy and to face ourselves near the stadium in great accommodation and then every day traveling to the training facility and work on our game and prepare our players for matches. It was exactly what you could expect of being a professional footballer and that's the experience that we wanted to provide these players to understand what top-level football looks like and how that can work day-to-day. We met Ellie when she was around 10 or 11 years old. She was just a young girl from Cowra which is a country town here in South Wales so obviously for her the opportunities were limited with her football in her hometown so she traveled to what we call the Big Smoke in Sydney to try and find her feet and be further challenged. Ellie's family reached out to us just about getting some extra work and extra training alongside her the club program and her school program and then basically we provided an environment to improve Ellie's technical side of the game. It's exciting to see that this can strengthen in the future. We look forward to going back to the arm very soon.
