打工人的自覺：保住飯碗的人有哪些特徵

我今天就是想說一個很簡單 但是好多人好像一直都沒明白過來的話題 就是員工和學生的身份的區別是什麼 就我認為員工也是 just work as a soldier you know 就是一個員工他是要去 領取 task 然後去做這個 task 當年我讀了一本特別小的一個就是 pocket book 上面就是一個非常簡單的故事叫做 給巴頓將軍的一封信 一個士兵他領取了一個任務 他要給一個叫巴頓的一個將軍 送去一封信親手送去 在二戰的那個時期好像是 這個士兵在接過了這個任務的時候 just said yes sir it he didn't ask any questions he didn't like who is baton where can i find him there is him like he just figured out everything by himself all his boss know is he said yes and then he just figured out everything he need to do by himself asked for the help from everyone that he knows and then he just sent it to 巴頓將軍 right that's the thing you need to do in work 你領取了你的任務 然後你就去做好你的任務 you just do it on time just do it within every resources you can reach out to and then finish it that's what your boss expected from you 我今天可能也是話有點多 因為最近有一個同事被 lay off 然後我就在想就是一個人的工作 他為什麼會讓別人留下一個 他沒有去做好自己的本職工作 這樣的一個印象 我覺得這個就是因為 他們沒有做到這一個士兵 當年做到的這些事情 你領到了你的任務 你就去 finish your work you do your task because this is your thing you do it and you just deliver it on time and that's it what your boss need to know is you got the task you finish the task if you have any troubles you just try to solve it yourself don't always ask questions 你在做任何一件事情的時候 it's always gonna have difficulties but that's the reason why you are here you just are here to solve those problems if it's just that easy to solve if it's just that easy to do if you need to be told like every step how you're gonna do it why should I let you to do it 我今天可能會多了 但是這就是我想說的 if you don't want to lose your job do that don't ask questions just figure out the difficulties deal with it and deliver your work hope everyone can keep your work if you still don't want to lose it alright good night
