Homeowners hard hit by Florida storms struggle with insurance

Damage from repeated storms and hurricanes has sent the cost of homeowners and flood insurance soaring in Florida. Residents there already pay some of the highest premiums in the country for homeowners insurance. NBC News' Stephanie Gosk reports.
