UMBRAIL PASS BMW S 1000 XR Testride // Switzerland's Highest Pass

I had the BMW S 1000 XR for a day and this was the first major Alpine pass on this motorcycle. If you see me mess up with shifting gears it is because of my big enduro boots which were not a very good fit for this motorcycle. The Umbrail Pass is an international high mountain pass at 2.501 m (8,205 ft) above the sea level, located in the Alps, on the Swiss-Italian border. At this elevation the road over the pass is currently the highest paved road in Switzerland, and one of the highest roads of the Alps.
