Wise Master and Immortal Zhang Guolao, practicing Buddhism prolongs life by 15 years after death

The elder brother of the wise master was killed by the immortal Zhang Guolao, and practicing Buddhism extended his life by 15 years. After his death, he passed away。

Chen Sanjun, whose name is Needle, is from Huarong, Jingzhou. He is the elder brother of the wise master of the Tiantai Sect. At the age of forty, he met the immortal Zhang Guolao.
(One of the famous eight immortals), the immortal said to him, "I observe your appearance. Your life is over, and you will surely die within a month."

Chen Jing was very scared when he heard it. After going back, he told the wise master what had happened and asked for a way to prolong his life. The master said, "If you listen to me and practice Buddhism, you can avoid death." So he observed the root machine and gave his brother the "Practitivation Meditation Method" (i.e.
"Tongmeng Zhiguan"), began to teach him Mahayana confession method first:

One clearly believes in cause and effect. Both of them are scary. The three of them were deeply ashamed. The four are ways to exterminate sin. The so-called Mahayana Sutra is the Ming practice. It should be practiced in accordance with the law. The five reveal the first sin. The six are cut off and follow each other. The seven people protect the heart of the law. The eight made a vow to get rid of all sentient beings. Nine people often recite the Buddhas in ten directions. The ten people look at the sin and have no life.

First of all, you should have these ten kinds of cultivation methods. At the same time, you should be in a solemn dojo, wear pure clothes, burn incense and flowers to worship, and practice in front of the three treasures. After seven days, twenty-one days, one month, three months or even a year and several years of concentrating on repentance, you can get a felony karma.

The remarkable effect of annihilation and meditation before the present.

.Chen Qin listened to his brother's teachings and practiced day and night. I haven't seen Zhang Guolao in less than a year. Zhang Shenxian was shocked: "How can you not die? Did you take the medicine of immortality?" Chen Zhi said: No, my younger brother, the wise Zen master, taught me to practice Mahayana and the method of stopping observation, and he has never taken the elixir. Zhang Guolao put his hands in front of his forehead and praised, "Wonderful! This power! Unexpectedly, it can be more and more dead! It's really rare!"

A few years later, Chen Sanjun ascended to the Heavenly Palace in meditation and saw the Golden Hall, which said, "The room of Chen's needle will be born here in the next fifteen years." Fifteen years later, he said goodbye to all his relatives and friends one by one, and passed away peacefully.

Qinglianchi:In our Chinese people, when people encounter terminal illness or disaster, they will say: Even if the immortals are alive, there is no cure.Zhang Guo was always an immortal who was active in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. His exquisiteness was naturally excellent. Even the immortals were able to survive miraculously.

Why?

Because he has a great younger brother with Bodhisattva's testimony, who teaches him the correct practice method. This younger brother left a glorious page in the history of Chinese Buddhism and had a significant impact on countless sentient beings after him. He is the actual founder of the Tiantai Sect. He was the reincarnation of the saint who heard Shakyamuni Buddha preach the Huajing on the Lingshan Mountain 2,500 years ago.

When he read the Fahua Sutra, he proved into the Fahua samadhi, as if he had traveled through time and space, and let out a long sigh: Lingshan for a while, it seems that it has not dispersed! According to his life achievements and the merits of spreading the Dharma, posterity believe that he is the incarnation of Shakyamuni Buddha in the eastern land, so there is a small shakyamuni in the eastern earth.Reputation.

He is the master of wisdom.

In the eighth year of Chen Taijian (576), the thirty-nine-year-old wise master gave up the crowd and went to the top of Tiantai Mountain alone to practice the round stop view. Sitting in the middle of the night, suddenly on the sixth day (he turned into the sky), the demon wave, led tens of millions of demon armies to come. Suddenly, the thunder shook the mountain, the wind pulled down the trees, and thousands of people were fascinated. Then it turned into the form of parents and monks, holding each other, crying sadly, adding all kinds of annoyance. The master thought deeply about the reality, and finally surrendered to the two kinds of magic charms, strong and soft.
