COVID-NET: Monitoring COVID-19 Hospitalizations

Leveraging an existing surveillance system, the COVID-19-Associated Hospitalization Surveillance Network (COVID-NET) was quickly established in 2020 to respond to the emerging infectious disease and track COVID-19 hospitalizations in the United States. The COVID-NET platform collects important information to better understand the epidemiology of COVID-19, identify people who are at high-risk for severe infection, and inform vaccination policy.
