Welcome back to the channel everyone. For today's property tour we're going to make that dream come true as we check out this modern waterfront mansion in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It can fit a massive yacht in the back and has a third floor rooftop with endless views. Immediately as we walk up we notice a sleek concrete and turf driveway, stainless steel plated garage doors, mature palm trees, wooden stone accents, water features, a covered patio, and a 10-foot high hurricane impact glass door. Let's begin. Now inside, the grand entrance welcomes us and invites us to explore every angle, every detail, and every finish. And at the same time it teases the waterfront backyard we'll be seeing shortly. Our first impression is expansive as we checked out a marble encased fireplace which is part of a double height great room that makes a statement with all of the natural light. The light is coming in not only from the floor to ceiling doors but also a dome type structure skylight which is covering the entire roof. And what's also super cool is the neon sign that I'm facing and it says it was all a dream. And what a wonderful dream this life can be when you go through it with the best of intentions and act on all of your gut feelings.
