2 Nights in a Cozy Autumn Cabin with My New Husky Puppy | Northern Norway Adventure

In this Autobrennle adventure me and my girlfriend Schenke will go on a two-night cabin trip near Narvik in northern Norway. We will rent a boat, explore a lake and try to catch fish. We will also meet the newest member of the Autobrennle family. Good morning guys and welcome back on the Autobrennle YouTube channel. Today I take you on a new adventure. I dived already in. We are in a beautiful cabin in the Narvik area in northern Norway. We had to start very late last night. So I decided to start my video in the morning. Today we're gonna rent a boat, explore the lake hopefully catch some fish. The reason why I didn't upload the video in the last time is my family got bigger. The Autobrennle family is growing. I got my little Gunni over here. Say hi Gunni. Okay Gunni doesn't want to say hi. Maybe later. We are here at this beautiful cabin. It's called Reva Bar. We are surrounded by this beautiful nature here. Autumn colors are super nice and here we have this huge lake where we hopefully catch fish tonight. Say hi Gunni. Still sleeping and waiting till I make her a coffee. Hi Changi. Where's my coffee? The boss gets his breakfast first. So I'm gonna make coffee now. The style of coffee I do today is called Bolkaffe in Norwegian. Fire coffee. I make it not completely originally. I don't make it on the fire. Basically you take a kettle like this. You take the coffee, grind it. Then you're gonna put it in here when the water is boiling. You let it rest for a few minutes and then you enjoy it. It's so nice to enjoy coffee finally outside again. It has been a sleepless week to wake up every two hours to let the dog to pee. He of course doesn't sleep as long as I sleep. So it was good to recover last night a bit. Now it's time for the beautiful coffee and the beautiful nature. Today we have a classic breakfast. Some nice Pannekakor pancakes. I feel like this is the weirdest pancake I ever made. It will be great. It's the perfect autumn day. I feel like it's around 20 degrees. So that's perfect to have the breakfast outside. So let's enjoy our pancakes. Thanks for cooking Chengi. We did it together. Timbuk is the dream. Filled with cheese and pesto. Good old basics. Perfect. What are we up to now? We finished our breakfast. The perfect pancakes and now we'll search for the boat. Then we go paddling, rowing. I don't know. Maybe it has an engine. Who knows. And then fishing. Now it's time for a little adventure here. Family adventure on the boat. Looking forward to that. Let's see how Gunni feels about it. It's Gunni's first boat ride. Here we have the beauty. Tiny rowing boat. Gunni, are you ready for your first boat trip? Show me your ticket. Then you can hop in. I'm a little bit unsure. I mean you need to put him inside. He doesn't know that he wants to go in there. We are in. Gunni, are you ready? He's still sleeping. He's a motion sleeper. We move, he sleeps. So the first fishing spot. I wasn't that lucky. So we need to look for some other places. Rowing here against the wind towards the island. And there we also drop off Cengi. And maybe keep her there. Maybe. So Captain Cengi took over. Captain Cengi, how is it going? Gunni is awake as we are getting closer to the island which is just right behind us. Now we are ready to see. I'll grab your glasses. So the landing didn't go as planned because Gunni fell into the water. So we had a rescue mission. He jumped into the water. Kind of, yeah I think. But he's fine. I don't think he minds the water that much. Maybe a little bit. Okay, but we are on the shore now. Everybody's safe on land. Gunni, you took a shower? We found here the spot on that island. Here's an old fire pit. I tried to get us some firewood and then we make a little fire. Gunni is helping Markus to collect some birch and firewood. He also helped me. These are great fire starters. Gunni. We found another old fire pit and we're gonna chill here. The view is really good. It's time for lunch. After a hard time of rowing, we need a coffee. Enjoy my chocolate caramel brownie. I don't know what. Coffee. Chim-chim baby. Cheesy. And a vanilla something. I will try again to catch some dinner no fish. Now I use my last power to row back and then make dinner. I started a new fire for here for dinner and on the fire we're gonna cook a shashuka. I'm gonna cut some vegetables up and cook it here in the pot. Looking forward to that. I cut up all these vegetables and now the pot is going into the fire before I add the liquid. It looks already so delicious. I prepared here a bread dough. I'm gonna wash my fingers here in the lake and finish it with my hands. I made the bread dough a bit too liquidy so we have to fix it in the pan. I added the eggs now. I let it boil for another five minutes and then it should be perfect. Also making a chocolate mousse right now. I hope that's gonna work out since we don't have a fridge. Let's see the result. I have here this fancy construction. Take the lid on. That looks perfect. Maybe the eggs are a bit too much cooked. We have here a beautiful bonfire. Beautiful view. Nice glass of french red wine and our dinner. Let's eat. Enjoy. Let's taste it. Oh nice flavors. Nice spiciness. How is the bread? It turned out super well. Stop it. You have to just say it you know. Good morning guys. After a beautiful evening on the bonfire, glass of wine, I fell asleep to more or less good night. I had to wake up two times to make Gunni tired again. But now it's actually time for a coffee and play with Gunni. Gunni only if you don't bite. For me it's coffee time. Of course outside and for Gunni. Gunni is having breakfast. Looks delicious Gunni. On a scale from one to ten how do you rate it? Wow really? So high. On today's breakfast with that delicious view you're gonna have a bread, cheese, pesto, scrambled eggs with onion, tomato and parmigiano and halloumi cheese on the side. Bon Appetit. Bread is super nice. Super crispy. I love it. Gunni is hiding away from the rain. He doesn't want to come outside with me. No. Today is our last day and we had the plan to go a bit with the boat. Relax at one of the beaches here on the lake. But the weather turned out super bad. It's windy and rainy. So we had a cozy cabin for hours. And then we will start slowly to pack down and walk back. Everything is cleaned. Gunni is on the leash. It's time to walk back through the wind and the rain. It is such beautiful autumn nature on our way back. The colors are nice. There's a mountain here. Impressive. Gunni has a life of luxury. When he's tired he's carried. But he had a nice walk and he's still a baby. So it makes sense. But now he wants to walk. We are almost back at the car.
