Ripping Up Wyoming

Well it's a Monday after Jackson Hole. It's a pretty crazy weekend but since we have so many friends in this tree that have been around all weekend we're getting out with them again today. Absolutely stellar day it's looking like and these trees are white so we're gonna find some good snow up there which is pretty crazy because it's almost April. Usually it'd be full-on spring conditions right now. Everybody familiar with the avalanche problems I have no idea. Thank you for saying something. So we got a lot of fresh snow. This is gonna be a cluster. Oh Chase how's the kitty cat today? We've been razzing him all weekend about his cat. Wow that snow is good. Oh Everybody just takes a single track here nobody plays in all of this great riding. Weird this kind of feels pretty similar to riding through here so We're starting to get higher in elevation here and the players isn't quite rubbing out like it should. I think our goal is to head for some alpine stuff and uh maybe do some jumping. oh my god it keeps getting deeper deeper so Bring that 165 up here Cheater Traffic Jam cheater I'm not even on a boot Matt did you get stuck? Not exactly Slightly delayed Trenched into a tree a little bit. No, no, I pulled a nice re-entry pulled right out of there And then we we had an upside down sled over here and I just had to wait See if we can make the rest of the way through here Hey Holy smokes Oh, yeah, it's pretty good We made it over a tree hole now, let's see if we can make it the rest of the way up And let's see what we're looking at up here Oh, it's a little wind up there geez into the next area here now we're going to drop down into this bowl Some big country in here So We got a flat ground stuck there or what I feel like caleb's working on some kind of jump over here Oh, yeah jump right through the trees It looks like everybody's jump building up on this little ridge here And i'm doing some renting here. I just swapped out my weights For 72 gram weights. I had 74s in it Um, I just took the belt off and then pried the spider open just enough to pull the weight out and so I didn't have to take the cover off Okay, let's see what we pull for rpm now 8100 that's a lot better Looks like you're making a lot of shoveling Figured I'd join the fun here and I built myself a little jumper right here Just packed up the sled chase did some major shovel work. See how it works out Could have some more lip but we could send it really deep on that It's even more speed It just died yeah Oh, that's kind of I don't like that let me just do a hot I don't want it to die again Nope not doing it Totally killed itself Man, that was fun. God damn. I guess you gotta hit it now The lighting's so sick there, too What the hell man it just died again I think i'm done jumping for now. I don't want my sled to die midair or something So, uh, we'll just watch these guys jump Hopefully my sled makes it out of here There goes chase on his shovel jump Nice I love to just go up here and do a sweet cow carve down through here because the lighting just looks so cool. But Like I said earlier, I don't really know the snow pack here. So i'm just gonna stay away from that stuff today Chase has probably hit this jump about 50 times Great practice though Then there's caleb just holds it wide open through everything off the lip You had enough yet? Let's go see what uh, caleb's up to over there Wow that looks That looks crazy he's gonna go straight up Did you look at his ramp yet Dude, I said, excuse me, sir. I think we need to check here to the insane asylum Hi, matt. What's going on? Oh showed out a little booter It's not a lot of landing though. So it's gonna be a poppy short jump going high. Hopefully I don't go to the bottom Good luck. All right Sick he said he's gonna hit it this time now That was sick dude, like I said poppy and short We got chase coming up next Well, I think those bottom holes are getting pretty uh nasty Or the bottom hole Yeah, right there More jumping Matt where'd that come from? Well, uh How you guys feeling? I think pretty much everybody here is ready to head out for the day Except one except one. Look at him go He's building another jump His last trick of the day What we're going out after this I still have gas It's not dark and you have gas chase what's going on over here The hole of warmth I have to do something can I join you? You feel warmer not really A little warm-up roll next one. I'll do the big one I think he's going for right here Wow man, he hit it dead dead nuts on the money He's fired up Nice work Well, that was sick You want to hit it? No, it's time to go home I still have gas It's not dark I can shovel another one today
