Mr. Mikhailov, one of the founders of Velich is our interlocutor now.
Hello, Mr. Mikhailov.
Hello.
Your moderators on Facebook are afraid that your party is silenced, there is censorship.
You talk in clips about threats against you.
So let's clear this moment with threats.
What are you, specifically, what are you doing, who is threatening you?
Well, threats are, for example, I will give an example with a famous journalist, Simon Milkov,
who, in some way, can operate on the territory of the country,
without looking for any responsibility for the things they say.
And he started to threaten me, my family, my children, with death and other things,
as well as other people who, in some way, start to steal these threats through the media.
You mentioned this a week ago, I think, on BTV.
Tell us, however, specifically, what are you doing?
Why can't you look for the rights against journalists?
Can you start a case against others?
We are looking for them.
Well, we sent signals to the prosecutor's office with extortions.
These extortions are hours long.
We are talking about 5-6 hours for money and other things.
And, in spite of everything, there is no evidence.
They give us back that they will not intervene.
There is not enough data.
At the same time, if I say the slightest thing, I will give an example.
We are uploading a video in which nothing is being used.
This is not a censored word.
We just said, we are volunteers.
And they blocked it.
Why am I saying this?
Because we have two arches that are being measured.
One is of people who deliberately let themselves be controlled by the authorities.
First, to create tension in people, because these people are provocateurs.
They create tension.
Some people can't stand it.
His family.
And he refuses.
Someone else can decide to attack these people.
And all this discredits this person.
Can you be more specific?
Because I watched some of your videos on social media.
You look like a victim.
To a greater extent, in this way.
In specific cases, if the prosecutor's office did not work, or did not take into account any of your actions,
tell me, in the National Council...
Yes.
Specific complaints must be taken out.
We have sent them to the prosecutor's office.
I just don't carry them in me.
Imagine.
You and I know that I can't carry a thousand documents in me.
I will take them out, and I will send the complaints that we have sent,
and the answers to the prosecutor's office, I will send them on Facebook.
Yes, to make it clear.
Otherwise, you look like a victim.
Yes, yes, of course.
And so, with what ambitions...
I am a victim again.
But at least there will be concrete evidence for this, right?
And there will be no speculation.
Tell me, with what ambitions do you go to the elections?
What impresses me is that in recent months you have not stopped visiting the country.
Well, yes.
First of all, you have to see the state of the country.
Someone has to inspect it,
to see the people, what are their needs and needs,
to share their problems.
And for this reason, we visit the whole country,
so that we can see exactly these things.
What did your inspection show?
This is a disaster.
A disaster, a national disaster.
But we know this.
Mr. Mihajlov, we have been talking about this disaster in every sector for years.
Tell me, when you saw the disaster,
now in these circles,
what do you suggest?
Well, you see, on the one hand,
I can already see that it is said in the national media
that you can see the disaster.
On the other hand, however,
what happens is that the real problems are revealed.
For example, there is a conflict in Bulgaria
between the European Union and Russia,
when we have a huge level of crime in the country.
And here, as I said, in the country,
all parties see certain problems,
which in the National Assembly can be solved,
these problems can be resolved,
but the parties refuse to work on these issues,
which I do not believe that there is an agreement inside.
Mr. Mihajlov, I will ask you again not to talk about the hard work.
We are talking about the speedy voting of this KOMPI chairman,
with which four people from the PPDB did not come out of the hall.
And this is something that prevents,
in two or three votes,
to achieve a solution,
precisely by these party organizations
who prove that they want some kind of improvement in the country for the people.
Also, throughout the life of this National Assembly,
we have made a request to look at
what are the problems facing the people of Belen
and what are the benefits,
to see the alternatives.
And neither one of the parties in the National Assembly
will agree to support it.
Maybe because we have been discussing this for years,
in the last 15 years,
this discussion has certainly appeared.
Maybe someone has discussed it,
but if you show me specific data,
why it happens or why it does not happen,
I will be grateful to you,
because I need to talk to experts
and it will turn out that what is being discussed in the space,
along with the facts that have nothing in common,
and the Bulgarian people,
it is good to know them,
and at least the politicians who are,
let's say, continuing the change,
GERD, DPC,
to come out and say,
why it will not happen,
and to finally turn it off,
and to say that the responsibility is ours.
I think that this is how it should work.
What other ideas did your deputies fail to develop,
to show?
Well, one of our ideas was
about the feudal dependencies of people
in small, rural places,
which deprive them very quickly.
And this was the case with the commission in Dospad.
There, unlike the commission for historical parks,
both sides were heard.
And although there is evidence and other things,
no one takes responsibility for this thing.
But in many other places,
this thing happens.
Also, these partisan approaches
with which certain areas in Bulgaria
again have the aim of depriving themselves,
to kill the business.
I will give an example with Varna,
where in the background
they are working to put off-shore parks,
with which tourism, fishing,
will end up in a big city.
This is not only in Varna.
It reaches down to Burgas.
This project was stopped, as far as I remember.
No, no, no.
Now it is started again.
And we have united GERD,
and we continue the change.
There will be a discussion in Varna.
They continue to work on this issue.
We stopped it a while ago.
And this is one of the reasons
why we have such problems.
But we will not give up.
You mentioned the commissions in the National Assembly.
What happened with all the checks against you?
How do they proceed?
The checks pass one by one.
It turned out that instead of giving me money,
they gave me 21,000 levs
and returned them immediately.
All other checks, one by one,
check these things that have been discussed.
And because they did not give me a word
in the National Assembly,
a person is being used again,
who does not really have any psychological problems
due to the use, probably,
of drugs.
I do not know what it is.
But the National Assembly should let
in their halls
a person who announces nationalization,
and he should be a witness
and give him a word,
to give me some kind of extreme Bulgarian arrest.
You said that the check on NAP
has been terminated, right?
Yes, as a physical violation.
There is no continuation?
Yes, there is no continuation.
What about the other checks?
Look, for a check to be carried out
as it should be,
sometimes they call 300-400 people.
These people have to be called,
to be interrogated,
then to be made public,
then again.
This is not a process that happens in one day.
If it is done as it should be,
and for now it is done as it should be,
even every day,
at least 5-6 people are called,
for various things,
of these signals that are given.
And in the end we will see
what the result will be.
This is still the duty
of the authorities.
Can you outline,
in fact, are you ready
with your letters today,
tomorrow you have to present them?
Yes, they will be presented tomorrow.
The letters are ready.
But this is done
by the party chairman,
and when he sends them,
then we will see who the candidates are.
Where will you lead?
In Sofia and in Pleven.
And the other people,
are there any famous among them?
Well, when you say famous,
they are famous
among the places where they work,
and maybe not famous
among those
who are more for show propaganda.
So you are not looking for
the profile of Nikolai Markov,
who, for example,
was very popular on social networks?
Yes, we did not look for him,
and before he looked for us,
with the proposal
to do so,
to improve things in Bulgaria.
For this reason we did not look for him.
We accepted the proposal
of the person who came himself
and said, I want to do something.
I am sure that many people
came to you at the moment
and told you that they have the ability
and can do it.
How will you guarantee
that it will not happen
if you enter the next National Assembly,
what we observed as a victory
and everything that happened?
Yes, but I can say
that we presented this National Assembly
with dignity,
because we defended the things
that we said.
You fell apart
literally after you entered
the second National Assembly.
What does it mean to fall apart?
Your group fell apart.
The parliamentary group
did not have the form
of a parliamentary group,
but there were deputies
who defended what
we had to defend.
We said that
one deputy is enough for us,
we do not need a parliamentary group
before the elections.
For this reason, you say
that we fell apart,
but look at what we caused in the parliament.
Some parties of the Statute
fell apart totally.
Describe your attitude
to the DPC, to the GERB.
My attitude to the DPC
and to the GERB,
and we continue the change.
For me, this is the three-headed blade
of the mafia
that destroys Bulgaria,
because I believe that we continue
the change. Yes, Bulgaria is
in Prokopiev, who has been an oligarch
for many years, and he is absolutely equal
to Boyko Borisov and Delyan Peski.
These three people
destroyed Bulgaria.
This is a fact.
These people have been ruling
Bulgaria for the last 15 years.
This is a fact.
I cannot give a better
assessment than the final result.
But you also
tried as a businessman
to stand out
and to pull the strings.
Look, I did not try
as a businessman to stand out,
but if there are no entrepreneurs in Bulgaria,
it will not function.
The market economy functions
thanks to free entrepreneurship
and self-initiative of the people.
I can pull all the entrepreneurs
in the National Assembly,
and if no one works,
the country will fail.
For me, the people in the National Assembly
are people who, in most cases,
say, I do not care
to go there.
But, at least as an institution,
they somehow determine
the direction of Bulgaria,
and the business cannot function,
it cannot live.
What happened a few years ago,
let's say,
in the National Assembly,
the politicians served
the entrepreneurs.
At the moment, what stands out
is that the politicians
have taken out the entrepreneurs
and the politicians
carry out their own orders
without observing the interests
of the people.
And what is your difference, Mr. Mikhail?
Why do we think
that if you enter the National Assembly,
you will not be the one
who will work for his own benefit,
for his own companies, and so on?
I have chosen to engage
in the field of social entrepreneurship
since a few years ago.
For 15 years I have been developing
a project that is entirely related
to Bulgaria and what it is to live.
While the other people
who are in the National Assembly
take some money from the state
and take it abroad,
to Ivo Prokopiev in Singapore,
Delian Peevski in Dubai,
Boiko Borisov in Manhattan and Barcelona.
Ivo Prokopiev is not in the Parliament,
right? He is not in the Parliament,
there is no relationship.
Yes, Ivo Prokopiev is the person
who pulls the strings of PPDB
and this is the person who
makes wind parks,
which is in the energy system
which is strictly destroyed
for business and for physical activities.
So there is no speculation,
because if we ask him,
he will say that there is no relationship.
We asked him and he said
that he is a sympathizer of Yes Bulgaria.
What evidence do you have
in this regard?
You can see in Krasiva Silistra
in Svoboden Glas
we have such journalistic disclosures
which are made for him
related to companies that support
Yes Bulgaria and another thing
that we can see is that Yes Bulgaria
continues to change.
I have never said anything bad
about Ivo Prokopiev.
Undoubtedly, this man did not make money
because he was an honest businessman.
This man made money
only for one reason,
because he took it from privatization
and robbed the people.
So how can you not say anything
Okay, we have to stop here.
The news is approaching.
Thank you for this interview.
Ivelin Mihailov, Velichije Party.
The name of Ivo Prokopiev
If you want the right to answer,
you have it on our air.
Thank you, Mr. Mihailov.
