Corgi Adopts Kitten With Matching Fur After Losing Puppies in C-Section.
This dog thinks she's this kitten's mom.
The corgi adopted the young one
when the feline was just two weeks old.
It happened just after the corgi, named Irma,
lost seven puppies during birth.
She had been rushed to the vet for an emergency C-section,
but unfortunately, the litter didn't make it.
Irma's owner, Johanna, said after the procedure,
Irma's mood was dramatically different.
So she decided to cheer her up with this kitten.
And it seems to have worked.
Johanna says at first, Irma was skeptical,
but now that she's stepped comfortably into her role as mom,
the two are inseparable.
Just look at them, proving love knows no bounds,
even between a cat and a dog.
