Have you ever been told to snap your wrist on your serve?

It's a great way to injure yourself, and a terrible way to serve...

Instead of snapping the wrist, you should focus on pronating the forearm during the contact zone.

Prior to contact, the racket will be on edge, the forearm in a supinated position.

The forearm then starts to pronate into the ball, and full pronation occurs after contact.
