We Quit Everything to Live in Our Truck

[Music] [Music] good morning everyone it's steven and andrea here from pin in the atlas and as you can see behind us we are packed and ready to go off on another adventure this adventure is slightly different we've quit everything in california and we decided to just leave it was a spur of the moment thing well two weeks ago and yeah we're leaving california we don't know really where we're going or what we're going to be doing so it's an adventure of a lifetime that's right so we hope you guys will stick with us see where we get up to see where we go and uh enjoy the ride along with us on the way and there's one thing that we do need to see before we leave california and we'll be recording that in a bit so see you soon buckle up [Music] [Music] [Music] oh [Music] you got to let it go [Music] [Applause] [Music] uh [Music] [Music] got to let it go all right everybody we're here in uh joshua tree uh we're not gonna tell you exactly where at in the park we are because we're on the hunt for another secret location the secret location called the car wash and you will find out why it's called the car wash when we get there come along with us if you dare [Music] hey everybody so i'm sure this isn't what you were expecting to see um we were in joshua tree we were on the hunt for what was known as the car wash we were in the correct general area however we were out there for an hour and a half and the temperature was 104 degrees so it was a bust because we decided that it was too dangerous to continue looking for the car wash in that sort of heat in the desert yeah and the thing about the desert especially like areas like joshua tree they do have bushes so you can be five feet away from what you're looking for and still never see it so maybe another time we decided not to get defeated so we got back in the vehicle and we came and drove around to well put it this way we have officially left california and we are at we found a nice little campsite on a blm land that's the bureau of land management by the way and that's also free it's so it's free to camp to anybody at any time but the one thing that you do have to remember as always is pack it in pack it out and leave no trace so do clean up after yourselves wherever you go to be quite honest all right we'll take you on a quick tour of what we uh what our setup is and where we're at so check out those mountains the freeways out over there in the distance we're the only ones here it's really [Music] peaceful all right so any last words it's dinner time steak potato and onion yum um [Music] go out there have fun go and explore and put another piece of us and we will see you on our next location bye [Music] do [Music] you
