‘Shocking disregard’: Mom of teen girl killed in wrong-way, head-on crash suing North Shore town

The mother of a teenage girl who was killed when a wrong-way driver crashed head-on into her vehicle during a high-speed chase in June 2021 is suing the Town of Saugus, alleging that the “negligent” and “shocking” actions of two police officers involved in the pursuit caused the deadly wreck.
