Hello friends, welcome to my kitchen.
First, take a large bowl with 2 pounds or 900 grams of ground beef.
Break two eggs into the bowl.
Season with one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of black pepper,
and one teaspoon of paprika.
Now, grate one onion.
Friends, please write in the comments what country and city are you from.
It's very nice to know that we can communicate all over the world.
Add it into the bowl.
This will give the meat a lovely flavor and moisture.
Then, finely chop a bunch of parsley.
If you have any questions about the recipe, write to me
and I will answer as soon as I see it in the comments.
And add it to the mixture.
Using your hands, mix everything together until well combined.
You want to make sure all those seasonings and ingredients
are evenly distributed throughout the meat.
Friends, I'd be happy if you could give this video a like as it's the best reward from you.
Next, place 5 medium potatoes in a saucepan and fill it with water.
Add one teaspoon of salt.
Cover with a lid and cook the potatoes over medium heat for about 30-40 minutes.
Now, lay out a sheet of parchment paper on your work surface.
Take the ground beef mixture and press it out into a square shape on the paper.
This will be the base for our delicious stuffing.

In a frying pan, melt about a quarter stick of butter, which is 30 grams.
Grate two cloves of garlic on a mini grater and add them to the pan.
Fry the garlic until it's fragrant.
Then chop 5 ounces or 150 grams of spinach.
Add it to the pan.
Saute the spinach with the garlic until it's wilted and cooked through.
Once the spinach is ready, spread it evenly over the ground beef.
Then add a drizzle of olive oil into the pan.
Finely chop 7 ounces or 200 grams of mushrooms.
Saute them in the oil until they're golden and cooked through.
Now, layer the cooked mushrooms over the spinach on the meat.
Grate 5 ounces or 150 grams of Emmental cheese.
Sprinkle it over the spinach and mushrooms.
Now, carefully form the meat into a roll, using the parchment paper to help guide it.
Now, let's prepare the marinade.
In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce,
1 teaspoon of green Dijon mustard, and 2 tablespoons of honey.
Give it a good mix.
Place the meat roll on a sheet of foil and brush it generously with the marinade.
Wrap the roll in foil and place it in the oven, preheated to 360 degrees Fahrenheit
or 180 degrees Celsius.
Let it bake for 1 hour.
While the meat is baking, check on your potatoes.
They should be tender by now.
To check, poke them with a knife.
If it slides in easily, they're done.
Drain the water and return the potatoes to the saucepan.
To fluid ounces or 60 milliliters of cream, add 30 grams or a quarter stick of butter
and 1 ounce or 30 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.
The Parmesan will add a lovely depth of flavor to the potatoes.
Mash everything together until you have a smooth, creamy mashed potato.
10 minutes before the roll is done, take it out of the oven,
open the foil, and brush it with the remaining marinade.
Put it back in the oven, uncovered, for another 10 minutes
to let the top caramelize and become beautifully golden.
Take the meat roll out of the oven and slice it into thick pieces.
Place a generous scoop of mashed potatoes on the plate,
then add a slice of the meat roll.
Add some cherry tomatoes to the plate.
Garnish the potatoes with fresh herbs.
There you have it, a beautiful stuffed meat roll
with creamy mashed potatoes, perfect for a cozy family dinner.
The tender meat, flavorful stuffing, and cheesy mashed potatoes
all come together so perfectly.
I hope you and your family love this meal as much as mine does.
But that is not all, I have a second equally delicious recipe for you.
Break 4 eggs into a bowl.
Then add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Now whisk the eggs until they're smooth and well combined.
Once that's done, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream,
half a teaspoon of black pepper,
and half a teaspoon of oregano.
If you have any questions about the recipe,

Whisk everything together once more, creating a rich and creamy mixture.
We'll set this aside for now.
Next, take 4-5 medium potatoes
and cut them into even cubes, just like you see here.
Now pour some olive oil into a frying pan, enough to lightly coat the bottom,
and add the potatoes.
Fry them until a beautiful golden crust forms.
This will give our casserole a wonderful texture.
While the potatoes are frying, let's prepare the zucchini.
Cut one zucchini into cubes, just like we did with the potatoes.

Once the potatoes have that nice crust, toss in the zucchini.
Give everything a good stir,
making sure the zucchini mixes in well with the potatoes.
Add half a teaspoon of salt.
Stir again.
And let it fry together for about 3-5 minutes before removing it from the heat.
Now transfer the potatoes and zucchini into a large mixing bowl.
In the same pan, add a little more olive oil.
Next up, we add a bit of spice to our dish with some chorizo sausages.
Take 4 of them and slice them into circles.
We're going to fry these next and toss in the chorizo slices.
Let them sizzle and release their flavors into the pan.
While the chorizo is cooking, slice 6 smoked Polish sausages into circles as well.
Once the chorizo is starting to brown,
add the Polish sausages to the pan and mix them together, letting them fry for a few minutes.
Now it's time to add some vegetables.
First, slice one leek into circles.
And add it to the sausages in the pan.
Next, slice one carrot into circles as well.
And also toss it in.
These will add a subtle sweetness and lovely color to our casserole.
Finally, take 7 ounces or 200 grams of mushrooms.
Slice them as shown in the video.
And add them to the pan.
Let everything cook together for another 5-10 minutes
until the vegetables are tender and the flavors have melted beautifully.
Then, remove the pan from the heat.
Now it's time to combine everything.
Transfer the sausage and vegetable mixture into the bowl with the potatoes and zucchini.
Pour the egg and sour cream mixture over the top.
And gently mix everything together until well combined.
We're almost ready to bake.
Take a springform baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
Then, lightly brush it with olive oil.
This will help our casserole release easily from the pan.
Pour the entire mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
Next, we add a layer of delicious cheese.
Grate 8 ounces or 250 grams of Dutch hard cheese.
Sprinkle it generously over the top of the casserole.
This will melt beautifully and create a golden bubbly crust.
For a fresh burst of flavor, cut some cherry tomatoes in half.
And place them on top of the cheese.
Finally, add a few mozzarella cheese balls to finish off our casserole.
Now, place the casserole in an oven preheated to 360 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until the top is golden and the cheese is melted to perfection.
As a finishing touch, finely chop one small bunch of parsley.
And there you have it.
Our wonderful casserole is ready to enjoy.
Sprinkle the casserole with finely chopped parsley.
The aroma is simply irresistible and the flavors are even better.
I hope you enjoy this dish as much as I do.
