See, lemon water is not going to do any of the magic if you're expecting from
lemon water that anyhow it is going to burn the fat that's inside your body
and then you will be slim and trim. No, this is not going to happen.
What lemon water or lime water does is it balances the pH of your intestine.
It can boost your metabolism. It will improve your digestion.
And the main thing is it's going to improve your insulin resistance.
So if your insulin will be normal, then it will help you in weight loss.
So this is how lemon or lime water works.
The main crux of losing weight or being in shape is all about how much calories you are eating,

As we all know, you are going to get a good amount of vitamin C.
So it's going to be very helpful for your skin.
The skin patches, the brown patches that people get on the skin,
many times those are because of lack of antioxidants in the body or lack of vitamin C in the body.
So if you want clear skin in this also, lemon or lime water can be helpful.
Another benefit is prevention from formation of oxalate stones.
Because of the citrate that is found in lemon or lime juice,
this is going to neutralize the oxalate.
So if oxalate will be neutralized, there will be no formation of oxalate stones in the kidney.
So this is going to be helpful to keep your kidneys healthy.
Lemon or lime water is going to help kidneys to detoxify itself
because lemon or lime, they have diuretic effects also.
So your kidneys will be healthy.

and drink it empty stomach in the morning.
But if you feel gas, bloating, indigestion in the second half of the day,
then you can drink it in the second half of the day.
Whenever you feel gas, bloating or indigestion, at that time you can drink.
So whenever you have discomfort, at that time you can drink lemon or lime water.
But always remember to use the straw when you are drinking lemon or lime water.
Because if you are going to drink it continuously,
then it can reduce the whiteness of your teeth.
