Ingredients;
Butter 🧈 150 g
Sugar 75 g
Salt 1 pinch
Egg 1
All purpose Flour 190 g
Cornstarch 15 g
Butter essence 1/2 tsp (optional )
Vanilla essence 1 tsp


Instructions;
In a bowl, beat butter, icing sugar, salt, vanilla and butter essence until pale and creamy
Add one egg and beat for about 3 min
Gradually add flour to the butter mixture and mix properly
Place batter in pipping bags with different nozzles
Pipe batter in a greased baking tray
Place the tray in fridge and chill for 30mins (cookies won’t loose their shape when bake)

Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15-17 mins or until golden brown.
OR

Bake in preheated pan/wok at low heat for 15 to 17 mins until slightly brown.
